首先，要突出個(gè)人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特長(zhǎng)，并要有相當(dāng)?shù)目尚哦?。特別是具有實(shí)際管理文章的要突出自己在管理方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)，最好是通過(guò)自己做過(guò)什么項(xiàng)目這樣的方式來(lái)驗(yàn)證一下;

其次，要展示個(gè)性，使個(gè)人形象鮮明，可以適當(dāng)引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評(píng)論來(lái)支持自己的描述;第三，不可夸張，堅(jiān)持以事實(shí)說(shuō)話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞之類(lèi);最后，要符合常規(guī)，介紹的內(nèi)容和層次應(yīng)合理、有序地展開(kāi)。
