我將切實履行崗位職責(zé)，努力學(xué)習(xí)和了解國內(nèi)外護理學(xué)科的最新動態(tài)，率先垂范，帶頭組織護士學(xué)習(xí)新業(yè)務(wù)、新知識，努力提高每位護士的服務(wù)意識和業(yè)務(wù)水平，從而提高護理質(zhì)量。

同時，堅持以病人為中心，嚴(yán)格管控，做好詳實的護理記錄，定期開展工作檢查，查找不足，及時整改，確保工作水平上臺階。另外，還可以積極創(chuàng)新思路，制定出具有本科室特色的病人滿意問卷調(diào)查表。從病人住院到出院前以記名形式填寫。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果，每月評出最佳護士及最佳護理單元，并對護士長工作進行評議。這樣，不斷激勵和鞭策我們護理人員共同進步。

各位評委老師，早上好！

首先，很榮幸能夠參加研究生支教團的面試，對于我這樣一個一直抱著支教愿望，想要投身西部的女生來說，這個突然到來的機會讓我又驚又喜。下面，請允許我向各位老師介紹一下自己。

我叫XX，來自XX學(xué)院XX班。92年出生于江蘇省泰興市，爸爸是機械工程師，媽媽是一名普通的工人。我的父母雖然學(xué)歷不高，但卻很重視對我的教育，他們用最為平實的語言教會了我做人的道理和將會伴隨我一生的良好習(xí)慣。我自認(rèn)為性格樂觀，處事認(rèn)真，態(tài)度端正，把每一件事做到最好是我對自己的要求。我的特長是唱歌，字也寫得不錯，上學(xué)期間就經(jīng)常幫老師板書出黑板報。開朗的性格讓我從小就有著良好的人際關(guān)系，和更多朋友的接觸也讓我有了較為廣泛的興趣愛好。象棋、軍旗都略懂皮毛，沒事的時候，我喜歡聽音樂、看電影，我很喜歡唱歌，對各種樂器也抱有極大興趣，大一的時候有參加過經(jīng)管院的十佳歌手大賽。而我喜歡看的書大多是勵志型書籍，最喜歡的一本小說是《平凡的世界》，它帶給我的最大收獲是：做一個平凡卻不平庸的人，在平凡的生活里努力，讓人生充實而不遺憾！對，支教就是這樣平凡卻又不平凡的小事。人的一生何其短暫，在短暫的人生之中，一年的支教經(jīng)歷將會由于她特殊的社會意義以及飽含的深刻情感而顯得格外厚重充實！所以，我來了！我為什么會選擇支教呢？第一個原因，是因為愛，愛小孩兒，愛教育事業(yè)。我很喜歡小朋友，似乎小朋友們也挺喜歡我的。而我小時候就希望能夠做一名傳道授業(yè)解惑的老師，在講臺上演繹青春的風(fēng)采。借用徐本禹的一句話：我愿意做一滴水，我知道我很微小，但是當(dāng)愛的陽光照射到我身上的時候，我愿意毫無保留地反射給別人。

第二個原因，還是愛，是志愿者的愛。大學(xué)期間，我就經(jīng)常參加一些志愿者活動，深刻感受到志愿者的精神和愛心，“盡己所能，不計報酬，幫助他人，服務(wù)社會”，這是每一個志愿者都熟記于心的誓詞。而現(xiàn)在，我希望自己能把這樣的愛心親自帶到西部，這個最需要溫暖澆溉的土地！

第三個原因，是責(zé)任。每一次的搶險救災(zāi)行動和感人的光輝事跡培養(yǎng)了我強烈的責(zé)任感和使命感。雖然我現(xiàn)在還不是一名合格的共產(chǎn)黨員，但是我一直以一名黨員的身份嚴(yán)格要求自己。而支援西部的文化教育事業(yè)，服務(wù)祖國最貧困的地方更是我們的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。祖國培養(yǎng)了我們這么多年，現(xiàn)在是我們回報的時候了。研究生支教團剛好給我們提供了一個良好的契機，我想要抓住這次機會為祖國的繁榮昌盛盡一份微薄的力量。

而綜合考慮我自身的素質(zhì)，對于支教工作我自信滿滿。

首先，吃苦耐勞的意志品質(zhì)是奔赴西部參加支教工作的先決條件。父母和朋友們都很支持我的決定，我從小就不怕苦。而從小保持的良好習(xí)慣和堅定的信念，加上三年學(xué)生工作的歷練，讓我絲毫不擔(dān)心支教生活的艱苦和即將面對的任何困難。

其次，我一直都不敢放松對知識的追求。我現(xiàn)在平均績點3.65，專業(yè)18名，連續(xù)兩年綜測都是A。順利通過英語四六級考試，獲得普通話水平測試二級甲等證書和江蘇省計算機二級合格證書。多次參加校級院級比賽，曾獲得?？萍脊?jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃大賽二等獎，金融學(xué)院“創(chuàng)業(yè)之星”模擬運營賽優(yōu)秀獎。所以優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)成績和充足的知識也可以作為支教期間的強力保證。

再次，我曾在XX學(xué)院擔(dān)任初級黨建班副班長，任期一年并被評為優(yōu)秀學(xué)生干部、優(yōu)秀共青團干部。積累了豐富的學(xué)生工作經(jīng)驗，培養(yǎng)具備了較強的組織能力、社會實踐能力和團隊合作能力。我也多次參加各種志愿活動，比如給小學(xué)生普及“地球熄燈一小時”的知識，告訴他們要節(jié)能環(huán)保；在南京養(yǎng)老院和老人們聊天，陪他們散步；主動獻血等等。擁有一個志愿者需要具備的基本素質(zhì)。

最后，最為重要的是我有一顆積極進取，熱情澎湃的心，就像我說的我去支教的原因，是因為愛和責(zé)任。愛是最執(zhí)著最頑強的感情，堅定的政治立場和強烈的社會責(zé)任感都讓我不會輕言放棄。

如果說不足，那就是我從未真正接觸過教育事業(yè)，可能缺乏必要的工作經(jīng)驗。不過我一定會在去西部支教前做充足的準(zhǔn)備工作，認(rèn)真接受培訓(xùn)，盡力彌補自己的不足，努力達到一名西部支教志愿者的綜合要求。

投身西部方顯志愿本色，扶貧支教無悔青春年華。不知道這么短的時間里能否讓老師了解到一個真實完整的我，但是我能向組織保證我已經(jīng)抱好了極大的熱情和堅定的信念準(zhǔn)備好了投身西部，在我看來，這次西部支教的機會彌足珍貴。所以我一定不會讓組織失望，請組織相信我！謝謝各位老師！
