我慢慢的的有一點聽不懂，但是我還是勉強聽懂了。我正好一抬頭，看見張子涵正愁眉苦臉的思考一題，我估計他心里想“這題怎么做?”我看了心里暗暗偷笑。

第二部分：筆試。

筆試一題的火車“train”我忘了怎么拼，并把它留到了最后。終于寫完了，我便思考這一題，我怎么思考都想不出來，想啊，想啊，想啊。。我后來不想了，就1分，我不管了。在我檢查的時候，突然看到聽力一題有train，便仔細一看，“哈哈哈哈，真是天助我也!”我立即把它填上去。便慢慢檢查。

In the holiday i went to visit the forest park togeter with three of my classmates.It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long time,which made me doze off all the time,and at some time,I nearly struck my head on the chair in the front of me.after two hours’ journery by bus,we finally got to the park.but to my disappoint,there was nothing intresting here,which were quiet normal pared with the college i stayed in,here was very noisy and messy.Though the park is beside the yellow river,the air is still a little smelly because there are a lot of animals such as horses,cocks and so on here,which make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them.

In a word,the park is not so good as I had expected,and i felt unsatisfied about it.

(一)在原基礎(chǔ)上，擴展其功能。教材的各個板塊都有其各自的功能。教師要做到“物盡其用”。結(jié)合其特點，有效擴展其功能。比如教材中的 Listen and number 版塊是聽力練習(xí)，以聽的技能訓(xùn)練為主，在此基礎(chǔ)上教師也可開發(fā)為 Look and say, Listen and write ， 更充分的使用教材。

(二)充分利用，展開訓(xùn)練。利用教材的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，展開訓(xùn)練說和寫、讀和寫相互結(jié)合和轉(zhuǎn)換的練習(xí)。

利用教材的內(nèi)容：將相關(guān)單元的內(nèi)容相結(jié)合，延伸語言的訓(xùn)練。

(三)變換形式，讓學(xué)生“動起來” 。教師依然可以進一步開發(fā)教材，將原有教材的內(nèi)容或呈現(xiàn)形式更生動、更充分的用起來。

所謂一千個哈姆雷特一千種性格，同樣的教材內(nèi)容，因為每位老師解讀的角度不同，處理的方式也可能千差萬別。我們的最終目標(biāo)是用好教材，為促進學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和成長服務(wù)。

三、有教學(xué)效果評價方面，評價方式要多樣化。

四、有課后反思方面，要進行多角度認(rèn)真深入分析、反思和總結(jié)。

通過這次培訓(xùn)，想說的話真的很多，但我明白，只有把培訓(xùn)中學(xué)到的知識技能轉(zhuǎn)化成自我前進的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，我才會在教學(xué)中有所成。今后，我會以此次學(xué)習(xí)為契機我也相信在傾聽、記錄、反思、沉淀、實踐中，我的英語教學(xué)之路會愈趨于成熟。把所學(xué)應(yīng)用到平日教學(xué)中，把學(xué)生的能力、學(xué)習(xí)成績都大幅提高，促進大面積提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

該每天都向本組匯報翻譯情況，遇到的哪怕是一點點極小的問題，比如生詞，各種專有名詞等等，都應(yīng)該向全組人員討論，以確保翻譯的時候達到一致其實，這也提醒著我們，應(yīng)該每天增大閱讀量，多看看新聞報紙以及各種原著，盡可能的增大自己的詞匯量，以及對于專有名詞正確的翻譯方法

二、“錯譯”有的時候我們發(fā)現(xiàn)大家在做翻譯的時

候并沒有達到100%完全認(rèn)真， 導(dǎo)致譯文出現(xiàn)低級錯誤，其實我覺得校對這一環(huán)節(jié)特別重要，不僅將整篇文章的語言潤色， 還可以對上一個譯員的翻譯結(jié)果做出評價和檢查比如，在校對中譯英的時候，翻譯“信奉新教”就進行了一番小討論：Protestant和Protestantism經(jīng)過

查閱牛津高階詞典，我們確定了這一詞的使用例如：1、“她是天主教徒還是新教徒?”Is she a Catholic or a Protestant? 2、“他就早期新教徒的異端邪說作了演講”He gave a speech on the heresies of the early Protestants. 3、“一名新教徒向人群發(fā)表了演說”A Protestant delivered a speech to the crowd. 而Protestantism的用法為：1、Catholicism and Protestantism were introduced into Shanxi in 1620 1876 respectively. 2、Prussian Protestantism
