For this project, in terms of RS, we measured near-earth spectra of more than 100 soil sample points based on portable spectrometers, and constructed various spectral features such as reciprocal logarithm, de-enveloping and first-order differentiation. Firstly, correlation analysis was used to extract the spectral features, and then grey correlation analysis was used to extract the feature bands. The soil black carbon inversion models based on neural network (ANN), support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF) were constructed respectively. In GIS, spatial interpolation and pollution uncertainty analysis are also carried out. In addition, based on the course design platform, I completed a number of short-term scientific research projects with certain difficulty and value, including RS and GIS and their combination, such as urban heat island analysis based on MODIS data, establishment of microwave inversion model of surface parameters based on Sentinel-1 data, and digital soil mapping based on EO-1 data. Land space planning analysis based on ALOS and Landsat 8 data.
In addition, I actively participated in mathematical modeling and various professional skills competitions, and applied for a utility model patent based on GPS positioning and environmental protection values with my classmates.
