團(tuán)隊(duì)和個(gè)人沒有安全、環(huán)保等不良記錄。我個(gè)人在年、年評為先進(jìn)個(gè)人和年評為現(xiàn)場管理現(xiàn)進(jìn)標(biāo)兵榮譽(yù)，所在班組年和年評為先進(jìn)班組稱號。

近三年來，綜合隊(duì)沒有一個(gè)隊(duì)長。我們部門的兩位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)讓我上了長班，這被認(rèn)為是臨時(shí)的**組長，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)同事完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)指標(biāo)。在此，我要感謝孔經(jīng)理和朱經(jīng)理對我工作的指導(dǎo)和信任。

我競爭的職位是：第二制造部綜合組工長的第一素質(zhì)。

綜合團(tuán)隊(duì)以小產(chǎn)品為主，一年生產(chǎn)20多種產(chǎn)品，基本每天生產(chǎn)兩種產(chǎn)品，每天工作不一樣。我深知綜合班組班長的工作不是輕而易路舉的，假如我能在此次競聘中脫頴而出走上班長崗位，我必須全力以赴，理清思路，找準(zhǔn)工作的切入點(diǎn)和著力點(diǎn)。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的支持下，努力工作，開拓進(jìn)取，大膽創(chuàng)新，緊緊圍繞公司的中心工作，不斷提高班組的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，為悟通事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。

因此，我打算從以下幾個(gè)主要方面著手：

一、安全。安全是一個(gè)車間的重中之重。必須高度重視安全生產(chǎn)，避免給公司造成不必要的損失。所以必須定期給員工灌輸安全生產(chǎn)的理念，做到“三不傷害”，而后時(shí)常檢查員工是否佩戴勞保用品等。

二、質(zhì)量。如果說水是生命之源，那么質(zhì)量又何嘗不是企業(yè)的生命呢企業(yè)以質(zhì)量謀生存，所以必須著重抓好質(zhì)量，嚴(yán)格做到崗位制，做到零缺陷，不能有”下不為例”。

三、現(xiàn)場。在現(xiàn)場管理方面，我將定制管理為中心，以現(xiàn)場5s(整頓、整理、清潔、清掃、素養(yǎng))為內(nèi)容。有效合理地控制現(xiàn)場，創(chuàng)造高效、有序、舒適的生產(chǎn)和工作環(huán)境。

四、生產(chǎn)。在生產(chǎn)方面，合理使用人員，激發(fā)員工的最大潛能，用最少的人創(chuàng)造最大的產(chǎn)出。盡量節(jié)約材料資源，降低每種產(chǎn)品的成本。

五、執(zhí)行力。積極完成最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)和指標(biāo)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排，按照領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求提前做好工作。按照《員工日常行為規(guī)范》要求自己和大家，搞好班組工作。

感恩與責(zé)任?；厥琢甑墓ぷ鳎晒Φ幕ǘ錇槲揖`放，也為公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的培養(yǎng)和幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)綻放。是悟通培養(yǎng)了我，是悟通造就了我，是悟通給了我這份財(cái)富。

（1）備課關(guān)。要求教學(xué)年齡在5歲以下的教師準(zhǔn)備詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃，并鼓勵其他教師準(zhǔn)備詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃。教師的教學(xué)計(jì)劃要體現(xiàn)課程改革的理念。

現(xiàn)在依然清楚的記得那個(gè)改變我靈魂的廣告。遠(yuǎn)方駛來一輛豪華轎車，當(dāng)人們驚贊這豪車的美麗時(shí)，突然從車窗飛出一個(gè)塑料瓶，這是從敞開的車窗依稀可以看出車?yán)镒粋€(gè)年輕女子。她漂亮的容貌，沒有人不為之驚嘆，但是他的行為，卻沒有人不為之氣憤。當(dāng)他的車駛向遠(yuǎn)處時(shí)，從另一端走來一個(gè)盲人，他用他唯一的依靠——盲杖摸索著前方的道路，當(dāng)他發(fā)現(xiàn)腳下有一個(gè)瓶子，準(zhǔn)備撿起時(shí)，從遠(yuǎn)方跑來一個(gè)小男孩，他彎腰將瓶子撿了起來，放進(jìn)垃圾箱，攙扶著盲人向遠(yuǎn)處走去……

在此，我呼吁在全校開展"做文明學(xué)生，建美麗校園"的活動，每一位同學(xué)從現(xiàn)在開始做起，養(yǎng)成以下四種好的習(xí)慣：

1、守紀(jì)律的習(xí)慣。人人都有一個(gè)希望，那就是有一個(gè)舒適的學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活環(huán)境，而這樣的環(huán)境必須靠我們每一個(gè)人來共同創(chuàng)造。學(xué)校要求學(xué)生穿校服、戴校牌，就是為了防止閑雜人員進(jìn)入學(xué)校，影響我們的學(xué)習(xí);校內(nèi)禁止騎車，是為了我們大家的安全;禁止將手機(jī)帶入校內(nèi)，是怕個(gè)別同學(xué)管不住自己的手機(jī)而耽誤學(xué)習(xí);沒到放學(xué)時(shí)間不能出校門是為大家的安全考慮，那時(shí)交警還未到崗，接同學(xué)的家長還沒有趕到。如果每個(gè)同學(xué)只考慮自己的方便和舒適，而不考慮別人的感受，必然會遭到眾人的反對。

2、做好事的習(xí)慣。雷鋒之所以偉大，就是他的奉獻(xiàn)精神。"雷鋒"二字已成為人們心目中熱心公益、樂于助人、扶貧濟(jì)困、見義勇為、善待他人、奉獻(xiàn)社會的代名詞。50年來，涌現(xiàn)出了千千萬萬個(gè)雷鋒式的道德模范，前有焦裕祿、孔繁森，今有郭明義、陳光標(biāo)，我們常德有楊紹軍、陳建教、沈國初。不僅中國人學(xué)雷鋒，外國人其實(shí)更喜歡雷鋒，更愛學(xué)雷鋒。如大家所熟悉的比爾.蓋茨，他將個(gè)人資產(chǎn)的99%捐了出來，設(shè)立比爾及梅琳達(dá).蓋茨基金會，以資助全球的衛(wèi)生和教育事業(yè)。我一直在想：做好事有什么好處?為什么有那么多的人愿意去做?后來我從郭明義的話中找到了答案，那就是--幫助別人，快樂自己!并且我還在生物學(xué)上找到了理論解釋，那就是一個(gè)人做了好事以后，心理上有一種成就感，這種成就感能刺激腦細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生一種分泌物，這種分泌物有利于人的健康和長壽。在此我希望同學(xué)們以后多做好事，見到弱勢群體幫一幫，見到垃圾撿一撿，見到流水的龍頭關(guān)一關(guān)，舉手之勞，收獲快樂，收獲健康和長壽。

有人說過：愛自己的孩子是人，愛別人的孩子是上帝。教師對學(xué)生就需要這樣一種神圣的愛，十年走過的風(fēng)雨歷程，看見身邊的老師像辛勤的農(nóng)夫，“日出而作，日落而息”，為同一塊土地精心耕作、無私奉獻(xiàn)，青年教師們把青春年華扎根于三尺講臺而無怨無悔;中年教師們將家庭擱置一旁而全身心地?fù)湓诮虒W(xué)工作上;老教師如老黃牛一般埋頭苦干而不知疲倦。

尤其是周建波老師——一名優(yōu)秀的老黨員、有著杰出貢獻(xiàn)的老教師，她以“捧著一顆心來，不帶半根草去”的精神，詮釋著 “愛”的真正含義。

33年前，17歲的周建波老師走上了教育工作崗位，30多年來，懷著對教育事業(yè)的無限忠誠和一腔熱血，她一直堅(jiān)守在教育工作的第一線，清貧與奉獻(xiàn)是她的本色，責(zé)任與使命是她的原則。在她的一生中，她默默奉獻(xiàn)，對待年輕的老師，像對待自己的孩子一樣鼓勵、督促和幫助。在工作上，她又孜孜不倦地追求著，為了訓(xùn)練百人鼓號隊(duì)，她在做切除聲帶小結(jié)的當(dāng)天就回到校操場;為更好地完成“服裝設(shè)計(jì)”活動，她幾乎跑遍全城縫紉店找碎布;為做好婦女帶頭工作，她將52 年從未上過臺的丈夫拉上了“家庭才藝展”的舞臺……

有一次，周老師在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生演講時(shí)，因過度勞累和腰疼，身體突然失去平衡，重重地摔倒在椅子上，臉色慘白，汗水淋漓，但她仍堅(jiān)持坐起身，繼續(xù)用沙啞的聲音操練學(xué)生。周老師就是這么做的。他累了就起床；累了就再起床，但他從來沒有錯(cuò)過孩子們一天的訓(xùn)練。

” 是的，自己欠親人的確太多，在家庭最需要關(guān)照、女兒最需要關(guān)愛時(shí)，她卻把感情的天平傾向了事業(yè)。1982年，周老師在市公安局工作的小弟在一次追捕犯人時(shí)光榮犧牲，母親在遭受這個(gè)打擊后癱瘓?jiān)诖?。周先生晚上去醫(yī)院給媽媽洗尿布、打米粉，黎明照常上班。

直到5年后，母親也微笑著躺在懷里，平靜地離開了。送走母親后，她強(qiáng)忍心中的悲傷，又投入緊張的工作中，看著她那布滿血絲的雙眼和憔悴不堪的樣子，大弟心痛的說：“姐，你這是何苦呢教好的是別人的孩子，可累壞的是你的身子啊!

”她只笑了笑，可誰也沒想到，這句關(guān)愛的話語竟成了姐弟間最后的告別。1997年，因積勞成疾，大弟也悄然的離開了人世，此時(shí)，年邁的父親再也經(jīng)不住這個(gè)沉重的打擊也癱病在床，為了不讓老人傷心，她強(qiáng)忍心中的悲痛，再次挑起了照顧老人的重任，白天的她在學(xué)校，晚上的她在醫(yī)院，不足四個(gè)小時(shí)的睡眠使她眼中布滿了血絲，人也疲憊不堪，最后，過度的勞累和沉重的打擊使她終于病倒了，但她仍一邊輸液，一邊工作，一邊照顧老人，看著她那疲憊的身軀，年邁的父親再也忍不住流下了眼淚，說：“建波，你去找醫(yī)生給我打一針安樂針，讓我走吧，我走了，你才能輕裝上陣，安心工作，自古忠孝不能兩全，爸爸不會怪你的”。

那天他們父女在醫(yī)院抱頭痛哭，可第二天一早，她擦干眼淚后把父親交給保姆照看，自己又全心地投入到了工作中。

我從昌濰師專英語系畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修取得本科學(xué)歷，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。被聘為教育部小學(xué)英語教學(xué)評價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)教師，系山東省雙語教育研究會會員，參編了《學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新》,《陽光英語》等,有多篇論文發(fā)表和獲獎。

3. 有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力

我從20XX年8月學(xué)校成立后被選取調(diào)到學(xué)校擔(dān)任英語教師及教研組長。在這段時(shí)間里，我工作的很幸福，生活的很愉快。任職期間我被評為山東省英語教學(xué)能手，奎文區(qū)英語學(xué)科帶頭人，奎文區(qū)教育教學(xué)先進(jìn)個(gè)人，奎文區(qū)現(xiàn)代技術(shù)教學(xué)能手，奎文區(qū)優(yōu)秀團(tuán)員等榮譽(yù)稱號。所教學(xué)生成績優(yōu)異，在5月份的全國小學(xué)生英語競賽中，奎文區(qū)二年級被選入決賽的19名學(xué)生中其中16名來自于我和張琳老師輔導(dǎo)的我校學(xué)生，最后一舉取得了決賽第一名的好成績。

目前，新一輪的基礎(chǔ)教育改革早已在我市全面推開，做為新課改的實(shí)踐者，要在認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課程理念的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合自己所教的學(xué)科，積極探索有效的教學(xué)方法。大力改革教學(xué)，積極探索實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式。把英語知識與學(xué)生的生活相結(jié)合，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)富有生活氣息的真實(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)情境，同時(shí)注重學(xué)生的探究發(fā)現(xiàn)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)會合作交流，提高學(xué)習(xí)能力。

上午好!

站在大家面前有點(diǎn)單瘦的我，穩(wěn)重而不死板，激進(jìn)而不張揚(yáng)，溫和而不懦弱， 愚鈍而不懶惰， 正直而不固執(zhí)。

我覺得，我競聘英語教師有如下幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢和條件：

1.有良好的師德
