課后，跟指導(dǎo)老師溝通了基本的情況，整體上得到了肯定，只是在細(xì)節(jié)上還存在很多問題。首先，內(nèi)容上擴(kuò)展太深，太細(xì)，涉及的內(nèi)容超出了學(xué)生的當(dāng)前水平。其次，課堂指令上，對(duì)每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)要進(jìn)行的內(nèi)容缺乏明確的引導(dǎo)，課堂指令發(fā)送不到位，環(huán)節(jié)過度上太突兀。最后，不了解學(xué)生，對(duì)學(xué)生當(dāng)前的水平不了解，對(duì)他們的心理也不清楚。

根據(jù)老師提出的幾點(diǎn)建議和自己的反思，也意識(shí)到了自己的不足。整節(jié)課節(jié)奏太快，內(nèi)容太多，似乎是在灌輸，沒能讓學(xué)生及時(shí)的鞏固。問題總是在所難免的，針對(duì)這些問題，要在今后的實(shí)踐課中慢慢的糾正，尤其是課堂指令，要留心老師上課所使用的課堂指令，體會(huì)不同指令的差別。我相信會(huì)越來越好。

明天，是開學(xué)的日子。我不得不承認(rèn)我有“初三恐懼癥”，這還沒開始我的'初三生涯呢，心里就開始莫名的緊張。不過這是其次，今天晚上我還有一個(gè)特大特急的任務(wù)，那就是必須k掉那些令我頭痛的作業(yè)，看來我還得熬夜奮斗??！

皎潔的月光透過窗臺(tái)，洋洋灑灑留下斑駁陸離的影子。小鬧鐘”滴答，滴答“地響著，我的上眼皮和下眼皮老在不停地打架，抬頭一看，已近十一點(diǎn)多了，想必其他同學(xué)早已進(jìn)入夢(mèng)鄉(xiāng)，哎、誰(shuí)叫我自作孽不可活呢。

初三就像是一首聽了會(huì)讓人緊張忐忑的樂曲，帶給人無(wú)限的遐想。

9月1日天氣：陰心情：無(wú)奈

告別了有些懶散的初一、初二生涯，進(jìn)入一個(gè)新鮮而又緊張的環(huán)境，別樣的老師你，忙碌的同學(xué)一個(gè)個(gè)闖了入了我的眼簾，我開始覺得有些不知所措，過去的輕松，換成了緊張，往日的嬉戲打鬧已不再，取而代之的是行色匆匆，這就是初三嗎？學(xué)校、家里的兩點(diǎn)一線的生活雖枯燥無(wú)味，卻有條不絮，一切都讓我無(wú)奈又有些無(wú)所適從。

初三是一首節(jié)奏，旋律感都很強(qiáng)的樂曲，只有跟上節(jié)奏，才不會(huì)被拋棄。

9月4日天氣：晴心情：郁悶

初三的老師真的是不一樣，開學(xué)沒多久我就發(fā)現(xiàn)了，似乎每個(gè)老師都愛笑，而且這個(gè)教學(xué)方法也有所改變，教學(xué)進(jìn)度一步步的加快，不知不覺中，這硝煙味在教室彌漫開來，教室就是我們的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，筆是最好的武器。其實(shí)我最無(wú)法接受的是晚上竟然要上4節(jié)課，每到最后一節(jié)課，我?guī)缀醪荒茏园蔚南胨X，可一看見大家都奮筆疾書，我只有無(wú)奈地嘆幾口氣，強(qiáng)打起精神，繼續(xù)奮斗。

初三是一首變化莫測(cè)的變奏曲，一切來得太突然，你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)知道下一秒將發(fā)生什么。

一年結(jié)束了，在除夕夜是團(tuán)圓夜，家家戶戶都張燈結(jié)彩的，慶祝一年平安結(jié)束，新的一年好的開始。

在除夕這天，家家都忙貼春聯(lián)，我們家也不例外，而且每年家里的對(duì)聯(lián)還是由我來貼的。其實(shí)這貼對(duì)聯(lián)的學(xué)問也蠻大的，你去年時(shí)只要一看這對(duì)聯(lián)你就會(huì)知道這一家人在新的一年里的希望與打算，也會(huì)知道在過去一年里這家人家里發(fā)生了什么喜事，你看這對(duì)聯(lián)神不神呀。

在這一天最高興的`還是小朋友們，他們?cè)缭绲鼐徒凶尨笕私幽炅耍驗(yàn)榻油昴曛缶涂梢苑艧熁?。放煙花時(shí)，幾個(gè)小孩子在旁邊叫，跳，那高興勁就甭提了，就連大人也都被他們感染了跟叫起來。放完煙花一家人圍在桌前吃團(tuán)圓飯，最有趣的就是吃餃子了，而且這吃餃子還能吃到錢，誰(shuí)吃到錢了那誰(shuí)在新的一年里的運(yùn)氣將是最好的，所以大家都爭(zhēng)吃，看誰(shuí)也搶到那個(gè)有錢的餃子，但是不管吃到的也好，沒吃到的也好，這種搶吃餃子的氣氛是最難忘的……

寒假我和父親母親回老家過年，度過了一個(gè)難忘的假期：

假期里我們老家下了雪，飛飛揚(yáng)揚(yáng)鵝毛般的大雪把大地都披上了銀裝，放眼望去非常美麗。我們堆了一個(gè)大大的雪人，和我差不多一樣高。

冬天里最有意思的就是滑冰和滑雪，滑冰車是用特制的座位改裝的，一開始我不會(huì)使力，劃不動(dòng)，很灰心，只能坐在表哥車上，后來多劃了一兩次，在大人們的.鼓勵(lì)和幫助下，我也能自如的在冰上馳騁了。真是應(yīng)了那句話“世上無(wú)難事，只怕有心人”?；┦菑纳狡律匣聛恚?yàn)槲疫€小，不會(huì)用滑雪板，所以小孩子們就躺在一個(gè)大輪胎里，從山坡上自由滑下，撞到終點(diǎn)的草堆里，呵呵，每次我滑下來都哇哇大叫，弄得一頭亂草。但是很開心。寒假還有一件最開心的事就。qiang輳竽耆液圖依鍶艘黃鸝創(chuàng)和恚蚺仆媯恢卑鏡揭估2點(diǎn)才盡興。父親母親帶我給很多親戚拜年，我收到了很多壓歲錢，父親母親說今年的壓歲錢我可以自己支配一些，為此姑姑還給了我一個(gè)漂亮的小錢包—這可讓我太高興了，我在想著要好好利用這些錢，將來買些我夢(mèng)想的東西。

最開心的是就是放鞭炮，父親說老家的鞭炮比杭州便宜的很多，舅舅為我和表哥買了很多很多炮，晚上我們一起在小區(qū)里放禮花，五彩絢爛的禮花在夜空中綻放，我們看的如醉如癡，歡蹦亂跳。表弟膽子很大，大部分炮都是他放的，父親母親希望我明年膽子

能大些，自己放鞭炮。我們還買了一種往地上一砸就響的炮，這成了我的惡作劇，我經(jīng)常偷偷走到家里人后面往他們腳下一扔，他們嚇得哇哇大叫，而我樂得哈哈大笑。不過別擔(dān)心，這種炮威力很小，不會(huì)傷人的。

我們還去逛了燈會(huì)，吃了小吃，猜燈謎，不過我不會(huì)猜，只對(duì)小吃有印象了。

難忘的假期很快就過去了，父親母親說，放假了好好玩，開學(xué)了好好學(xué)。我盼望著又一個(gè)愉快的學(xué)期的開始！

黑夜如潮水般的將我包圍，我喜歡那一望無(wú)際的黑夜，那種與光明同時(shí)誕生的黑暗的顏色。那絕望的顏色，死神般的顏色，難以琢磨的精靈……

在夜靜人深，我在沉思著，床上的我與我的影子融為一體。黑夜中，夢(mèng)里除了空白還是空白。我希望夢(mèng)中能看到陽(yáng)光，白云，還有自由的天空。

面對(duì)一次次的考試的失利，面對(duì)著老師，親人的眼神，我無(wú)法抬起我那高貴的頭。于是我不得不漸漸的.拋棄了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的夢(mèng)想。

大人們?cè)诿β抵乙苍诿β抵?。他們不停地為我制定下一個(gè)目標(biāo)，我也在不停地追尋迷失的腳步。難道生活就是考不完的證書？難道生活就是別人有的我也要有？難道生活就是不斷的迎合這個(gè)浮躁的社會(huì)？難道生活就是一切所謂的“光榮”。

黑夜依舊，我依舊喜歡那一望無(wú)際的黑夜，即使它是那樣絕望，難以琢磨，但是它能讓我在迷失中容易尋找到曙光……我閉上眼睛，夢(mèng)中沒有期待中的五彩繽紛的色彩，卻有一個(gè)光點(diǎn)漸漸的暈開，越來越大，越來越亮，一瞬間似乎將整個(gè)黑夜點(diǎn)亮了……

這一天依舊晴空萬(wàn)里，藍(lán)天白云。

可能是有點(diǎn)上火，牙疼的老毛病又犯了，昨天是隱隱約約的小疼，怕掃了新年的`氣氛忍住沒吭聲，這一天有點(diǎn)大疼，才開口說牙疼的事。我當(dāng)事了，大家都不當(dāng)回事，誰(shuí)讓你時(shí)不時(shí)的有火就愛往牙上攻呢。聽聽兒子怎么說：?jiǎn)?，老媽，你不是牙疼嗎？牙疼還笑的這么開心呀。嘁，原來牙疼是不能笑的呀。還有那個(gè)老公更離譜：你牙疼還老想著吃飯？嘁，我牙疼我又不是胃疼。

你還別說，牙疼時(shí)飯局還挺多的，今晚的安排了，就連明天的都已經(jīng)安排好了。老公的同學(xué)帶一對(duì)雙胞胎兒子來深圳旅游。

有電話了。

呼！總算又放假了。一回到家，老媽就問：“聽說你們考試了，你考了多少分啊？”“誰(shuí)，誰(shuí)說的？”我問老媽?！拔衣牁巧系哪前⒁陶f她的女兒是考得像模象樣了，你也應(yīng)該不錯(cuò)吧？”媽媽的'臉上充滿了期待?！拔?。。。。。。我！不知道啦！別煩我，我要做作業(yè)了！”我邊說邊走出去，還不忘看老媽一眼，她臉上的喜悅頓時(shí)消失了，取而代之的是一臉的憂傷。我想，她應(yīng)該知道答案了吧！這時(shí)，我不禁心一軟，小聲地說了一聲：“對(duì)不起！”這聲音好象只有我自己才能聽見。

“算了，不管了，下次努力一點(diǎn)吧！”我這樣安慰自己，每次都是這樣，我就是這樣放過了自己 。。。。。。

晚上，走過媽媽房間，聽見她跟誰(shuí)在打電話，仔細(xì)一聽，是老爸啊！“呀！不好。老媽要是把今天的事告訴老爸，那等他回來是逃不了一頓臭罵咯。”我心里暗暗叫苦，但我還是想聽聽，老媽到底怎么告狀。“女兒，她很好，現(xiàn)在還在做作業(yè)哩！別擔(dān)心，初三了，孩子的壓力已經(jīng)很重了，她知道自己該做什么。恩，她在學(xué)校里表現(xiàn)很好，考試也考得不錯(cuò)。。。。。?！蔽倚睦镂⑽⒁徽?，推開門進(jìn)去，媽媽剛掛了電話，嘆了口氣。她看見了我，讓我到她旁邊說：“孩子，媽媽知道你背負(fù)著巨大的壓力，但你要記住，媽媽挺你，我們?nèi)胰硕纪δ?，只要努力了，不管結(jié)果如何，我們都很高興?！辈恢罏槭裁?，我總以為自己很堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，但是這次我再也忍不住了。

從現(xiàn)在開始，也許我真的該開始加油了。以前那個(gè)貪玩，愛惹是生非的小鬼是不是該成回憶了。加油！為自己，為全家！

今天、是端午節(jié)的前一天，媽媽說，端午節(jié)到了，我們?nèi)ベI些粽子吃吧，頓時(shí)冒出幾聲，“行行”。我說：“今天還不是端午節(jié)，買粽子干啥？”我媽媽說：“對(duì)呀，還沒到，這樣吧，我們今天先買些荷包等辟邪的東西準(zhǔn)備一下，明天是端午節(jié)?！蔽业谋砻?、表哥早已忍不住說先給我們買幾個(gè)讓我們嘗一嘗好吃不好吃，我表妹也在旁邊吶喊助威，同意同意，雙手贊成、“哈哈，這是多么有規(guī)律的吶喊聲啊！我媽媽無(wú)奈，只好帶著我們出去了，到大街上以后，媽媽給我們一人買了一個(gè)荷包，聞起來讓人精神氣爽，我們買完以后眼睛尖鼻子靈的表妹看見了買粽子的，我們都還在那里挑辟邪的東西，陸續(xù)我和我媽媽看見了，我們到了那里買了5塊錢的，拿回家里后，我們便狼吞虎咽的吃了起來，我們也幫助爸爸媽媽掛開了辟邪的東西，心中也頓時(shí)踏實(shí)了許多，就這樣，6月7日到了。

一個(gè)正式的端午節(jié)到了，這一天，我們?cè)缭绲钠饋?，媽媽主?dòng)帶我們買了許多粽子，我回家后，邊在哪里吃粽子，邊讓媽媽給我們講端午節(jié)的故事，那是一年的五月初五，壞人追殺屈原，結(jié)果屈原跳河自殺，人們?yōu)榱瞬蛔岕~兒吃屈原，便每年的'端午節(jié)都把粽子放到水里面，讓魚兒吃，這就是故事的由來，我們吃完粽子以后，媽媽說：”我?guī)銈兂鋈?，“我們說：”去那里，“媽媽說：”去看龍舟比賽，我們走到了那，龍有十幾條，好像都是來自各村莊，我到了那里，各個(gè)選手還在準(zhǔn)備著，比賽隨著裁判的一聲槍響開始了，擂鼓響了起來，大家都在用力的劃，我們村的了第二名，比賽太精彩了。

今天，我在《小哥白尼》這本雜志中看到了一個(gè)十分新奇的小玩意兒——棉花糖槍。

“這把槍的外觀并不是很漂亮，但很實(shí)用。美國(guó)總統(tǒng)說?？吹娇偨y(tǒng)也在玩，我心想：這東西一定不錯(cuò)。于是，我在五金店里買好了pvc直角彎頭、pvc管、pvc三通接頭、砂紙及鋸子。

一切準(zhǔn)備就緒。我根據(jù)自己的圖紙，在pvc管上量好尺寸，然后鋸下。鋸好以后，我用砂紙打磨管子的切口，直到?jīng)]有毛刺。所有零件都制好后，我把它們挨個(gè)清洗干凈，把留在管子里的.灰塵和碎屑都沖掉了。清洗完畢，將洗凈的管子進(jìn)行晾曬。最后，把所有零件按照?qǐng)D紙拼好。

一支屬于我的棉花糖槍就誕生了。

聽著she的《不想長(zhǎng)大》，一股莫名的滋味涌上心頭。

我是愛哭鬼。

從小，我就愛哭，眼淚是我的專屬。我總會(huì)無(wú)故地抓狂，無(wú)聊時(shí)也會(huì)擠幾滴眼淚來解悶；我怕痛，但此時(shí)的眼淚卻是不可抑制的；激動(dòng)時(shí)我也會(huì)流淚……不論如何，我認(rèn)為眼淚是心情的表達(dá)式，不在乎年齡。

可是，無(wú)論是“親朋”，或是“好友”，總會(huì)憤怒地對(duì)我吼：“你已經(jīng)長(zhǎng)大了，已經(jīng)不是個(gè)小孩了。怎么還這么……”此時(shí)的我，真想大喊一聲：“我才不想長(zhǎng)大呢?！?/p>

身在一個(gè)“快班”，也有苦惱的時(shí)候。

類似于“凱宇考試進(jìn)了年級(jí)前十”，“張曉宇數(shù)學(xué)競(jìng)賽得了第一”的`好消息往往接踵而至。可在這之中，卻沒有一條是和我有關(guān)的。

在一座深山里，有一片茂密的森林，森林里有一個(gè)動(dòng)物王國(guó)。這是一個(gè)快樂的天堂，里面居住著猴子、大象、小白兔、長(zhǎng)頸鹿、獅子以及其他的動(dòng)物。在這森林里，有花兒爭(zhēng)奇斗艷，有綠草探著腦袋張望，有大樹在這兒遮風(fēng)擋雨，當(dāng)然還有小白兔愛吃的蘑菇。動(dòng)物們?cè)谏掷锇簿訕窐I(yè)，過著幸福的`生活。

可是好景不長(zhǎng)。突然有一天來了一隊(duì)人馬，原來是人們砍樹來了。他們開著拖拉機(jī)和牽引車，拿著各種各樣的大電鋸、斧子，一到森林里，就沒命地砍，一棵、兩棵、三棵、四棵參天的大樹被砍到了，嫩綠的小草枯萎了，只留下一個(gè)個(gè)木樁，它們像一張張憤怒的臉在大聲質(zhì)問：為什么要將我們砍倒?為什么?無(wú)家可歸的動(dòng)物們被激怒了，它們決定向人類提出抗議。于是，它們一起動(dòng)手，架起了木欄桿，放在通往森林的必經(jīng)之路上。使運(yùn)木材的車輛無(wú)法通行。司機(jī)們奇怪地問：動(dòng)物朋們，我們又沒有得罪你們，你們?yōu)槭裁匆獡踝∥覀兊娜ヂ?

所謂 “低碳生活”就是指生活作息時(shí)所耗用的能量要盡力減少，送而減低二氧化碳的排放量。我很好奇，于是打算開始我的低碳生活。

我在網(wǎng)上找低碳生活要做到什么，看后覺得很漸愧。網(wǎng)上說要養(yǎng)成隨手關(guān)閉電器電源的習(xí)慣，避免浪費(fèi)電，而我卻常常忘關(guān)電腦，客人走后忘關(guān)電視機(jī)，出門購(gòu)物，我從來都是用塑料袋的。爸爸喝過的茶葉渣總是直接倒掉，根本沒想到還可以做個(gè)茶葉枕頭。

既然發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的錯(cuò)誤，就改正唄!我在電腦旁豎著貼上可:長(zhǎng)時(shí)間離開，請(qǐng)關(guān)上電腦。家到學(xué)校較近，就用自行車代替汽車上下學(xué)，減少二氧化碳排放。洗完手后，擰緊水龍頭，不讓它有漏網(wǎng)之魚。草稿紙和打印紙兩面都可以用，沒用的廣告紙，信封等都可以用來打草稿，節(jié)約用紙。多走樓梯，少乘電梯，我現(xiàn)在一般走樓梯，原因有二個(gè):等電梯太費(fèi)時(shí)又費(fèi)電，走樓堂館所鍛煉身體，而且有時(shí)走得和電梯一樣快或者更快。
