我第一個(gè)面試的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)普爾的英語(yǔ)翻譯。那時(shí)候真叫一個(gè)糗。首先是簡(jiǎn)歷很不professional。某只小牛隨意掃了一兩眼，指出了十多個(gè)問(wèn)題（格式?jīng)]對(duì)齊，內(nèi)容太少，竟然還有語(yǔ)法問(wèn)題，汗一個(gè)，后來(lái)改了一兩天，終于有了一份可以見(jiàn)人的簡(jiǎn)歷了，那是后話。）當(dāng)時(shí)我就憑著這個(gè)有語(yǔ)法問(wèn)題的簡(jiǎn)歷，竟然也忽悠著到標(biāo)普去面試了。于是，第一次跑到國(guó)貿(mào)那邊經(jīng)歷我人生的第一次實(shí)習(xí)面試。那天時(shí)運(yùn)不濟(jì)，頭天借的電子詞典晚上還有電，第二天竟然就沒(méi)了，暈死。沒(méi)辦法，我只好硬著頭皮瞎翻了。內(nèi)容倒不是很難，不過(guò)就是時(shí)間有點(diǎn)緊。一小時(shí)后HR收集試卷進(jìn)行一對(duì)一的面試，我是倒數(shù)第2個(gè)，7—8個(gè)人的小屋子里，可以聽(tīng)到前面同學(xué)的情況和問(wèn)題。問(wèn)題都比較類(lèi)似，首先英語(yǔ)自我介紹，然后針對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷問(wèn)實(shí)習(xí)的情況，對(duì)金融領(lǐng)域的一些提問(wèn)。來(lái)面試的基本是北大和清華的，不少人都實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)，還有個(gè)MM在JPMorgan實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)。當(dāng)時(shí)很是自卑呀，都沒(méi)有實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)。面我的時(shí)候，由于當(dāng)時(shí)簡(jiǎn)歷比較空，HR就問(wèn)我對(duì)金融領(lǐng)域有那些了解。我就從金融危機(jī)講起，說(shuō)比較關(guān)注銀行信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的問(wèn)題，然后HR就問(wèn)我是否清楚銀行信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的流程。我就答不出來(lái)了。唉，真傻，自己設(shè)了個(gè)圈套跳了進(jìn)去。后來(lái)估計(jì)HR也餓了，也沒(méi)怎么問(wèn)我，說(shuō)等通知。于是3天后，接到了標(biāo)普的`拒信，意料之中。

一面總結(jié)：

1、既然是面試英語(yǔ)翻譯的，其實(shí)可以在發(fā)簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候附上以前的作品，這樣比較有說(shuō)服力。

2、收集自己以前相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷，后來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)時(shí)可以說(shuō)自己上學(xué)期做的金融工程案例，怎么當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)有想到呢，唉，鄙視自己。

3、面試要做有針對(duì)性的準(zhǔn)備，像我說(shuō)自己感興趣的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，那么，這方面的內(nèi)容一定要比較熟悉，不然，那就是自掘墳?zāi)沽恕?/p>

接著說(shuō)說(shuō)我昨天的傳奇經(jīng)歷。

上午跑到三元橋那里面試了個(gè)小公司—北京中企稅務(wù)助理。由于通知安排每個(gè)面試者15分鐘的時(shí)間段，所以我到的時(shí)候，只有一個(gè)人在那里等面試，小聊了一會(huì)兒，是北大經(jīng)院的研一。后來(lái)進(jìn)去面試，一個(gè)小房間，面我的是個(gè)中年男子，姓蘇。這個(gè)面試比較神奇的一點(diǎn)是，基本沒(méi)有問(wèn)我什么專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)問(wèn)題（是不是他也覺(jué)得很多學(xué)的東西也沒(méi)什么用呢）。他首先是確定我一周能來(lái)幾天，接著簡(jiǎn)要介紹了下公司的情況，然后問(wèn)我有什么問(wèn)題。那我當(dāng)然不能說(shuō)沒(méi)有問(wèn)題了，就問(wèn)了下這里的工作環(huán)境，他把主要的工作任務(wù)和我說(shuō)了一下。主要是負(fù)責(zé)溝通和協(xié)調(diào)和稅務(wù)部門(mén)，業(yè)務(wù)企業(yè)之間的事務(wù)，幫助會(huì)計(jì)處理賬務(wù)的調(diào)整，核銷(xiāo)等工作。最后他還把在這里工作的兩條好處說(shuō)了一下，一是能正真接觸一些公司的會(huì)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，二是能完整的進(jìn)入公司一個(gè)月的會(huì)計(jì)處理流程。后來(lái)又還問(wèn)我有什么問(wèn)題，我當(dāng)時(shí)可想問(wèn)每天的工資是多少了，最后忍住了。Anyway，面試到此結(jié)束，3日內(nèi)電話答復(fù)。

1、英文畢竟不是咱們的母語(yǔ)，不要刻意求華麗，省的一上場(chǎng)緊張全忘記了，簡(jiǎn)單自然最好。

2、也不要太過(guò)于滾瓜爛熟，有背稿之嫌。

3、切記不要太長(zhǎng)，太長(zhǎng)容易出錯(cuò)。三分鐘以?xún)?nèi)就可以。語(yǔ)速不要太快，正常語(yǔ)速就可以，講太快容易把自己搞緊張的。
