打CC是每一個(gè)獵頭的入門必經(jīng)過程，也是獵頭顧問的基本功，無論是新人還是資深獵頭都要保持一個(gè)打CC的習(xí)慣，以保證工作效率。打CC，“CC”全稱cold call，直譯為冷電話，意思就是給不認(rèn)識卻有可能是我們潛在客戶的人打電話。很多獵頭公司都有自己龐大而數(shù)據(jù)庫，但打CC作為一種傳統(tǒng)的獲取信息的渠道依舊有著它不可取代的優(yōu)勢。那么，我們作為獵頭，因該注意哪些技巧，才能打好這個(gè)CC呢？

1、要有一個(gè)自信而放松的良好心態(tài)

新人打CC難免會緊張，誠惶誠恐的，打之前總是會不斷的去擔(dān)心各種被拒絕的情景，自己又該怎么應(yīng)對，有些新人因?yàn)槟懬?，一點(diǎn)拒絕就容易放棄也會增加后期的心理負(fù)擔(dān)。其實(shí)都只是自己在給自己設(shè)障礙，懷著一種無畏的心態(tài)去打這個(gè)電話。在拒絕之后學(xué)會總結(jié)，很多時(shí)候，一家公司需要間斷打3-5個(gè)電話才會獲得候選人的資料，因此也需要做好這樣的心理準(zhǔn)備。

2、打電話之前做好準(zhǔn)備工作

3、在電話接通之后
