案例描述：開學(xué)第一天嘉嘉很早就來幼兒園了。她抱著媽媽的脖子，兩眼含著淚花和媽媽說：“再見”。手卻始終抱得緊緊的。在老師地安慰下才坐到椅子上。嘉嘉哭著說：“我要小枕頭，我要小枕頭。”我一邊幫她擦拭淚水一邊幫她找來了小枕頭。嘉嘉接過枕頭緊緊的抱在懷里。無論是洗手、吃飯、上廁所、睡覺都抱著枕頭，一直到活動(dòng)結(jié)束都沒離開過自己。

片段二

午睡中，其他孩子差不多都入睡了，但是嘉嘉久久不能入睡，只見她不停坐起、躺下、翻身，時(shí)而“啊，啊”哭兩聲，其實(shí)她是尋找著媽媽為她睡覺準(zhǔn)備的枕頭。當(dāng)我把枕頭給她時(shí)，她臉上露出了淡淡的笑容。只見她把枕頭的一角含在嘴里、不停地咬著，一會兒便呼呼入睡了。等我去拿掉枕頭時(shí)，枕頭的一端已經(jīng)濕透了。

案例分析：

從以上三個(gè)片斷中看出：托班的孩子，他們第一次離開家人，到完全陌生的環(huán)境中時(shí)就會出現(xiàn)一些“異常”的反應(yīng)。其最常見的形式就是哭，此外還會出現(xiàn)不愿大小便、喝水少、吃飯難、不參與教師組織的游戲活動(dòng)、對某一物品特別依戀等多種不適應(yīng)行為。只要我們教師善于把握教育契機(jī)，注重孩子的個(gè)性差異，善于觀察，設(shè)計(jì)符合孩子剛?cè)雸@時(shí)心理特征的游戲活動(dòng)以及溫馨和諧的環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)。同時(shí)更要注重營造寬松的心理環(huán)境。老師一句親切的話語、一個(gè)和藹關(guān)切的動(dòng)作都能給焦慮孩子得到一點(diǎn)安慰。使孩子在集體中感到自由、親切、有序。這樣就能使孩子對物品依戀逐步轉(zhuǎn)移，讓他們快快樂樂的適應(yīng)幼兒園生活。

1、家園配合，共同矯正孩子“戀物”行為

首先，我們注重與孩子家庭進(jìn)行溝通。針對嘉嘉的“戀物”行為表現(xiàn)專門和父母進(jìn)行深入的交流，讓家長了解“戀物”行為的利弊，更明確其長期發(fā)展可能產(chǎn)生的不利影響，達(dá)成逐步矯正寶寶“戀物”行為的共識。其次，請家長們花更多的時(shí)間陪伴孩子的入睡過程，在孩子入睡前或孩子急切地需要該物時(shí)，分散孩子的注意力，而不再是讓寶寶獨(dú)自抱“戀物”入睡，使孩子漸漸減少對該物的依戀，使戀物習(xí)慣慢慢被糾正。

2、“忽視”戀物行為，轉(zhuǎn)移注意

所謂“忽視”指的是教師或成人在動(dòng)作、言語等行為上對孩子關(guān)注程度的適當(dāng)減弱，其表現(xiàn)為注重引導(dǎo)，不加以刻意的分離，不再時(shí)時(shí)刻刻的要求孩子放棄，對“戀物”視之而不見，“忽視”它的存在。在來園時(shí)止住哭聲的辦法也不再是使用枕頭，而是提供有趣的玩具、邀請她一起參加活動(dòng)。在午睡時(shí)，我們可以通過眼神、安撫等動(dòng)作幫助她入睡。

3、注意循序漸進(jìn)，逐步矯正

2、3歲是孩子依戀最強(qiáng)的時(shí)期，也是孩子處于依戀關(guān)系的明確期，安全的依戀關(guān)系曾伴隨著寶寶的健康成長，但是隨著寶寶年齡的增長，“戀物”的發(fā)展會造成社會交往及生活的困難。因此，我們也要采取逐步的矯正措施，不斷然要求孩子馬上遠(yuǎn)離“戀物”，更要注意循序漸進(jìn)的原則。隨著寶寶對入園新環(huán)境的適應(yīng)，對“分離焦慮”的淡化，我們更多得幫助寶寶們參加有趣的游戲活動(dòng)，幫助寶寶們同伴間進(jìn)行簡單的交流與交往，更多得給予孩子關(guān)注，幫助他們走出“戀物情結(jié)”。

依戀情結(jié)與寶寶的人生

一般小兒在6個(gè)月-歲半這段時(shí)間內(nèi)非常怕生人，怕與母親或其他經(jīng)常照料他的人分開，表現(xiàn)出明顯的依戀。

依戀是嬰兒與撫養(yǎng)者之間一種積極的、充滿深情的感情聯(lián)結(jié)，在它的形成過程中正反映了小兒認(rèn)識能力不斷發(fā)展的過程。

嬰兒自出生時(shí)就開始了和父母尤其是母親的交往關(guān)系。

最初，主要是父母對嬰兒的本能反射，如哭、吮吸等做出應(yīng)答性反應(yīng)，即抱、撫摸、喂奶等照料行為。這種交往不僅能使嬰兒的生理需要得到滿足，還使他(她)們感到舒適和安全。

隨著嬰兒和父母交往的增多，約在4個(gè)月后他(她)對父母的笑就會比其他人多，但此時(shí)對父母的偏愛還不明顯，親子關(guān)系還不穩(wěn)定。

6-8個(gè)月時(shí)，大多數(shù)嬰兒都形成了對父母特殊的、明顯的依戀，建立了穩(wěn)定的親子關(guān)系，同時(shí)對陌生人產(chǎn)生恐懼。

當(dāng)然，每個(gè)孩子形成的依戀類型是不一樣的。一般來說，依戀有三種類型：

大多數(shù)小兒的依戀類型是安全型的。

這類小兒與母親在一起時(shí)能安靜地玩，母親在場能使小兒感到足夠的安全，此時(shí)他對陌生人的反應(yīng)比較積極，能在陌生的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行積極的探索和操作。

這類小兒并不總是依偎在母親身旁，當(dāng)母親離開時(shí)，他(她)的活動(dòng)會受影響，并明顯表現(xiàn)出不安和尋找，但當(dāng)母親重又回來時(shí)，他會立即尋求與母親的接觸，并很容易地平靜下來繼續(xù)玩兒。

另有一種為不安全的依戀類型。

這種小兒非常怕與母親分開，每當(dāng)母親將要離開時(shí)就顯得很警惕，如果母親要離開他(她)，他(她)就會表現(xiàn)出極高的反抗，會大哭大叫，但當(dāng)母親回來后，他(她)對母親的態(tài)度又是矛盾的，既尋求與母親接觸，又反抗與母親接觸，即使是和母親在一起，他(她)也不感到安全，也不能積極地進(jìn)行活動(dòng)。

還有一種是回避型的或叫無依戀類型。

這類小兒母親在不在場都無所謂，即使歡迎母親的到來也是很短暫的，他(她)對母親的離開及回來沒有什么特別的反應(yīng)，接受陌生人的安慰就像接受母親的安慰一樣，這種是沒有對母親形成特殊的依戀。

以上三種類型的依戀，前一種為良好的、積極的依戀；后兩種為消極的、不良的依戀。

如果父母親從小就能夠精心地照顧小兒，與小兒密切接觸，絕大多數(shù)小兒都會形成安全的依戀，個(gè)別小兒即使開始有些不安全依戀，也會逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成安全的依戀。

這種安全的依戀，可使小兒在活動(dòng)中有安全感，使他(她)能在不同的環(huán)境中去探索、學(xué)習(xí)，可更好地促進(jìn)小兒的心理、智力發(fā)育。

小兒時(shí)期的安全依戀還將導(dǎo)致一個(gè)人在成人后對人信賴、自我信任，并能成功地依戀自己的同伴和后代，與人們形成良好的人際關(guān)系。

也就是說，從小良好的親子關(guān)系對一個(gè)人今后的生活有重要的影響。

兒童戀物癖問題

導(dǎo)讀：兒童戀物癖真正的危害在于背后隱藏的不安全感誘發(fā)的回避集體活動(dòng)、不敢與人交往、表情淡漠，最終導(dǎo)致社交恐怖癥。

6歲的佳佳有個(gè)怪癖，從1歲起，她每天都和熊娃娃“形影不離”。前天，湘雅二醫(yī)院心理門診心理學(xué)專家尹巖博士診斷說，佳佳的行為是一種典型的兒童戀物癖，絕非個(gè)別。

這其實(shí)是一種輕微的孤獨(dú)癥。

無論是到親戚家做客、外出旅行或者上幼兒園，熊娃娃都是佳佳的第一寶貝，必須隨身攜帶，緊緊地抱在懷里。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)熊寶寶不在身邊，她立刻就會煩躁不安。佳佳的爸爸曾留學(xué)美國，他認(rèn)為這沒什么大不了的，應(yīng)該順其自然。佳佳的媽媽卻不茍同丈夫的觀點(diǎn)，因?yàn)樵谟變簣@里，佳佳經(jīng)常摟著小熊一個(gè)人獨(dú)自發(fā)呆。她擔(dān)心這樣發(fā)展下去，佳佳很難融入復(fù)雜的社會環(huán)境。夫妻二人各執(zhí)一詞，前天來到了湘雅二醫(yī)院心理門診尋求答案。

尹巖博士診斷說，佳佳的行為是一種典型的兒童戀物癖，絕非個(gè)別，家長無需強(qiáng)行制止。因?yàn)樵谛睦沓砷L的過程中，每個(gè)兒童或多或少會對某種物品產(chǎn)生一定的依戀，可能與其幼年經(jīng)歷中缺失安全感有關(guān)。這是較正常的現(xiàn)象，并不會產(chǎn)生不良影響。

兒童戀物癖真正的危害在于背后隱藏的不安全感誘發(fā)的回避集體活動(dòng)、不敢與人交往、表情淡漠，最終導(dǎo)致社交恐怖癥。

尹巖說，很多白領(lǐng)階層教育子女的方式逐漸西化，他們過多地注重子女的智力潛能的開發(fā)，忽略了親子互動(dòng)，這些孩子在情感上是孤獨(dú)而脆弱的，不得不借助身邊熟悉的物品來排遣寂寞和無助，兒童的戀物癖其實(shí)是一種輕微的孤獨(dú)癥。專家表示，兒童的戀物癖是可以通過一定心理咨詢進(jìn)行干預(yù)，主要是消除內(nèi)心的不安全感，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)開放、溫暖、互動(dòng)的家庭環(huán)境，轉(zhuǎn)移其注意力。

孩子應(yīng)該有同情心

我喜歡撕扯家里養(yǎng)的花啊草啊，總是把漂亮的植物撕得亂七八糟。我還喜歡我們家的小貓，我總是把它的毛拽得一撮一撮掉下來，拽得小貓直叫喚。跟小朋友在一起的時(shí)候，我也喜歡拿手打他們，拿嘴咬他們。

媽媽說

我家寶寶就是喜歡動(dòng)手。他似乎天生有一種攻擊欲望。有時(shí)候他打了爸爸的左臉，爸爸還把右臉也伸過來讓他打。我想，孩子還小，讓他自由放縱一下也沒什么吧。這樣等他上了幼兒園，也不至于被人欺負(fù)。

專家說

孩子在還不會說話的時(shí)候，有個(gè)階段常常會咬人、打人，這時(shí)候他是在發(fā)展他的口、齒和手的功能。但這個(gè)時(shí)候如果不進(jìn)行正確的引導(dǎo)，孩子就可能朝著錯(cuò)誤的方向越走越遠(yuǎn)，變得缺乏同情心，養(yǎng)成自私、冷漠的性格。這不是正向的培養(yǎng)方向，也會使人在社會中處于孤立狀態(tài)，難以融洽與他人的關(guān)系，不利于其發(fā)展。

什么是安慰行為？

安慰行為指我們覺察到他人的消極情緒狀態(tài)，如煩惱、哭泣等，并試圖通過語言或行動(dòng)幫助他人消除消極情緒狀態(tài)，變得高興起來的行為。

安慰行為是關(guān)心他人的一種表現(xiàn)。其產(chǎn)生基于兒童對他人的情緒具有理解能力，同時(shí)要有關(guān)心他人的意識，也就是同情心。

安慰與助人、分享、合作行為，是人兒童親社會行為發(fā)展的重要方面。

安慰行為對寶寶的未來有什么意義？

安慰行為對寶寶順利融入社會、協(xié)調(diào)人際關(guān)系至關(guān)重要。安慰行為能力發(fā)展好的孩子，富有同情心，能避免形成自私、任性、冷漠等不良個(gè)性，成年后能更好地融入社會，建立良好的人際關(guān)系。

如果只重視孩子智力的發(fā)展、知識的學(xué)習(xí)，忽視了其親社會行為的教育與引導(dǎo)，則會導(dǎo)致孩子的不良個(gè)性，不利于其身心健康。

1—1.5歲是兒童安慰行為能力發(fā)展的第一個(gè)關(guān)鍵期。因此，父母要在這個(gè)階段有意識地培養(yǎng)孩子的安慰行為能力。

怎樣培養(yǎng)寶寶的安慰行為能力？

在游戲中培養(yǎng)。著名兒童教育家陳鶴琴曾說過：游戲是培養(yǎng)兒童高級情感的最好途徑。如：在“學(xué)做事”的游戲中，由孩子扮演爸爸、媽媽、寶寶等各種角色，享受做大人的“特權(quán)”，扮爸爸媽媽的，要做大人應(yīng)干的事，打掃衛(wèi)生、做飯、上班……而扮演寶寶的把平時(shí)的拖拖拉拉、撒嬌也認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地表現(xiàn)出來。“爸爸”、“媽媽”覺得“寶寶”真難管。這種轉(zhuǎn)換角色的游戲，讓孩子很容易地站在對方的角度來理解、體諒自己的爸爸媽媽，愛父母的感情也會由此加深。

在榜樣模仿中培養(yǎng)。同情心不是靠強(qiáng)行灌輸而在一夜之間培養(yǎng)出來的，需要的是自然而然的模仿、潛移默化的滲透，是從外在到內(nèi)心，從量變到質(zhì)變的過程。父母永遠(yuǎn)是孩子的第一任老師，因此，家長要重視自身的情感修養(yǎng)，以良好的行為去激發(fā)孩子的美好情感。另外，還要善于從周圍人中找到具體的榜樣，或在專門的兒童早教圖書、電視中，為寶寶尋找富有同情心的榜樣，創(chuàng)造時(shí)機(jī)讓寶寶去學(xué)習(xí)、去模仿，培養(yǎng)他的同情心。

在日常生活中隨時(shí)隨機(jī)培養(yǎng)。從日常生活小事入手，隨機(jī)對寶寶進(jìn)行同情心的教育，從而把一時(shí)的、個(gè)別的、短暫的同情行為轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)在的、自覺化的品質(zhì)。例如在游樂場玩的時(shí)候，一個(gè)小朋友跌倒了，要及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)自己的孩子去拍拍他、拉拉他。當(dāng)他看到小朋友在他的安慰下不哭了，就會獲得內(nèi)心的成就感，進(jìn)而促使他強(qiáng)化這種安慰行為。
