1、第一次“先學(xué)后教”:(認讀詞匯、記漢語意思和校正發(fā)音。)

(1)、出示學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)

1.聽力的得分率不高,平均在xx分左右,其中第4部分完成情況最差。這說明學(xué)生大多還是學(xué)習(xí)啞巴英語,聽說能力還有待提高。

T:Good! Today,we’ll learn how to make polite requests with could. It is very important to be polite in our life. Now work in pairs. Imagine you are the mom and the son in the picture. Ask your partner to do the chores that you see.

First ask two students to read the sample conversation in activity 1c. Then students make their own conversations. Call several pairs to demonstrate their conversations to the class.

Step 6 Listening

T:You will here a conversation between Peter and his mother. What kind of chores do Mom and Peter do? Check Mom or Peter.

Play the recording twice. For the first time students focus on the chores Mom does; the second time,focus on the chores Peter does. Then check the answers.

Step 7 A little game

Find out the best helper at home.

T:Do you often help your parents do the chores? Now let’s choose the best helper at home. First please write down all the chores from your memory on a piece of paper. Then check each chore you do at home. The one who check the most chores will be the best helper at home.

Step 8 Group work

T:Imagine we are going to clean our classroom this afternoon. You need someone to help you do some things. Think of the things you need to do and make polite requests to your partners. You may find these phrases useful.

Show the following phrases on the screen:carry some water,clean the desks,clean the chairs,clean the windows,clean the blackboard,turn off the lights,take down the old pictures,put up the new pictures,sweep the floor. After a few minutes,call several groups to show their conversations.

Step 9 Presentation

T:I can’t find my pen. But I have to write something now. What can I do?

S:You can borrow a pen from others.

T:But what should I say?

S:Can I use your pen?

T:But that doesn’t sound very polite. Any other idea?

S:Could I please use your pen? (Write the sentence on the blackboard)

T:Good! That’s a very polite way.

Step 10 Listening

Ask the students to look at the picture on Page 18. Then say:Look at the picture. That’s Peter and his father. Peter asks his father if he can do four things. Look at the chart in activity 2a. What are the four things? Ask a student to read the things aloud.

T:What does his father say? Now please listen to the tape and check ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the chart. Play the tape twice. For the first time,they only listen. The second time,they check “yes” or “no”. Then check the answers with the whole class.

T:Why Peter’s father say no? What are his reasons? Let’s listen to the conversation again. Draw lines to the reasons in the chart. Before play the tape,ask a student to read the reasons given. Then play the tape. If necessary,play it again. Check the answers.

首先,我對本節(jié)課進行了總體設(shè)計,先讓學(xué)生整體瀏覽全文,找出生單詞,并對文章有初步的印象。然后適時的講解單詞,讓學(xué)生對文章不恐懼。帶著他們感興趣的問題,信心百倍的去聽錄音,趁著學(xué)生們意尤未盡,解決剛才的問題。然后再讓學(xué)生聽錄音,要求學(xué)生注意語音語調(diào),注意停頓等,并試著理解文章。在兩次聽錄音的基礎(chǔ)上,對學(xué)生展開提問,以多種形式檢查學(xué)生的理解情況。及時糾正他們生單詞的發(fā)音,本Reading的容量較大,需要兩到三課時完成,所以這節(jié)課只能粗略的講解,重點讓學(xué)生熟悉單詞,為下節(jié)課做好準備。這節(jié)課基本貫穿了英語課堂的教學(xué)目標----提高全體學(xué)生素質(zhì)。讓全體學(xué)生通過聽、說、讀、寫等方面能力訓(xùn)練,使學(xué)生獲得基礎(chǔ)知識和使用交際英語的能力。

這節(jié)課學(xué)生基本上都動起來了,但是也有不足的地方,剛開始學(xué)生對出現(xiàn)太多的生單詞有難以接受的心態(tài)。所以造成了一點點的手忙腳亂,后來才適應(yīng)。教師應(yīng)該及早點撥。還有讓學(xué)生大膽嘗試不夠好,自主學(xué)習(xí)時間太少,有待在下面的課堂教學(xué)中提高。

首先,我對本節(jié)課進行了總體設(shè)計,先讓學(xué)生整體瀏覽全文,找出生單詞,并對文章有初步的印象。然后適時的講解單詞,讓學(xué)生對文章不恐懼。帶著他們感興趣的問題,信心百倍的去聽錄音,趁著學(xué)生們意尤未盡,解決剛才的問題。然后再讓學(xué)生聽錄音,要求學(xué)生注意語音語調(diào),注意停頓等,并試著理解文章。在兩次聽錄音的基礎(chǔ)上,對學(xué)生展開提問,以多種形式檢查學(xué)生的理解情況。及時糾正他們生單詞的發(fā)音,本Reading的容量較大,需要兩到三課時完成,所以這節(jié)課只能粗略的講解,重點讓學(xué)生熟悉單詞,為下節(jié)課做好準備。這節(jié)課基本貫穿了英語課堂的教學(xué)目標----提高全體學(xué)生素質(zhì)。讓全體學(xué)生通過聽、說、讀、寫等方面能力訓(xùn)練,使學(xué)生獲得基礎(chǔ)知識和使用交際英語的能力。

這節(jié)課學(xué)生基本上都動起來了,但是也有不足的地方,剛開始學(xué)生對出現(xiàn)太多的生單詞有難以接受的心態(tài)。所以造成了一點點的手忙腳亂,后來才適應(yīng)。教師應(yīng)該及早點撥。還有讓學(xué)生大膽嘗試不夠好,自主學(xué)習(xí)時間太少,有待在下面的課堂教學(xué)中提高。

期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束了,這次考試是一次比較重要的考試,是全面衡量學(xué)生這段時間學(xué)習(xí)情況的一次考試。下面我主要從三方面來分析著這次:

 一、考試質(zhì)量分析

1.試題方面:本次試題大多來自于平時學(xué)生接觸過的練習(xí),試題能夠體現(xiàn)目前注重基礎(chǔ)、體現(xiàn)能力的考試命題要求。難度適中,而且題型比較全面。

2.試卷方面:本次考試題型,分為聽力部分、詞匯、單項選擇、句型轉(zhuǎn)換、單詞歸類、短文填空、閱讀理解、補全對話,和寫作九部分,各部分難易程度不同。

1.聽力的得分率不高,平均在xx分左右,其中第4部分完成情況最差。這說明學(xué)生大多還是學(xué)習(xí)啞巴英語,聽說能力還有待提高。

2.單詞歸類的得分率是最高的,但仍有個別學(xué)生放空。詞匯完成質(zhì)量不高,主要是學(xué)生對詞匯不夠重視,自覺背誦單詞的學(xué)生很少,很多學(xué)生在初一沒有打好基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)在學(xué)起來覺得很吃力。有些甚至都懶得背,造成很大的單詞漏洞。

3.選擇填空得分情況很差,平均分只在6分左右,說明學(xué)生的聽課效率低,課后鞏固少。

4.補全對話主要考查學(xué)生的口語運用能力,這部分情況較好,但也有個別同學(xué)得分不佳。

5.句型轉(zhuǎn)換考查學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識和基本技能,題型難易適中,但是做得也不理想,這說明學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)知識掌握很不扎實,不能做到融會貫通。

6.短文填空和閱讀難度適中,但是得分率也不高。這主要考察是學(xué)生獲取信息的能力以及單詞搭配、習(xí)慣用法、語言結(jié)構(gòu)的掌握。這說明學(xué)生的綜合運用能力不高。

7.寫作的答題情況也不理想,細節(jié)錯誤很多,寫不出很完整的句子,出現(xiàn)很多中文式英語。這說明學(xué)生肚子里的墨水少,語言基本功不扎實,知識積累太少。

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任七年級(6)班的英語教學(xué)工作,七(5)班共有學(xué)生57人,男生33個,女生24個。七(6)班有學(xué)生57人,男生32個,女生25個。在這些學(xué)生中,兩個班均是男生人數(shù)大于女生,學(xué)生英語基礎(chǔ)知識和聽說能力水平不一,大部分學(xué)生雖然在小學(xué)接觸過英語,但應(yīng)用能力十分薄弱,特別是聽力題,大部分學(xué)生聽起來都很吃力。面對學(xué)生掌握英語的程度不一,我將采用高效課堂模式,分層教學(xué)與整體教學(xué)相結(jié)合的方式完成教學(xué)任務(wù),努力提高他們的英語水平。另外,兩班學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:個別學(xué)生不明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的;有些同學(xué)對學(xué)好英語缺乏自信,不敢用英語表達;缺乏小組合作意識;一些學(xué)生沒養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。所以,現(xiàn)階段最重要的是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性,幫助他們增強信心,克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導(dǎo)之外,更重要的是在教學(xué)上,有針對性、目的性、有系統(tǒng)、有計劃地上好課。

四、教材分析

本書共12個單元,其中包括3個預(yù)備單元和9個正式單元。本書在之前教材的基礎(chǔ)上有所變動,對Self-check部分刪除,新增加了音標部分,另外對教材重新進行了整合。每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目和語法結(jié)構(gòu)、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內(nèi)容,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。

五、教學(xué)重點和難點

本書教學(xué)的重點和難點在于根據(jù)學(xué)生已有的知識結(jié)構(gòu)和認知規(guī)律導(dǎo)入新的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;運用每單元的知識點在課堂上組織學(xué)生進行結(jié)對和小組練習(xí);組織學(xué)生在課堂上運用英語完成各類任務(wù)及對學(xué)生完成任務(wù)的情況作出評價等。

六、具體工作

其一,我必須認真細致的鉆研課程,一步步切實做到“研”課。首先,我必須認真貫徹學(xué)校布置的提前一周備課任務(wù),結(jié)合學(xué)校配備的《初中同步英語鼎尖教案》《英語新目標教師教學(xué)用書》及《新課程英語成長資源》等教輔材料,把握課程的'重難點,在教材上認真圈點勾畫,初步思考設(shè)計教學(xué)步驟與環(huán)節(jié),預(yù)設(shè)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題與困惑,自我實現(xiàn)初步備課;其次,我會利用每周一次的組內(nèi)教研活動與課下的閑暇時間,與大家主動交流探討新課的教授方法,對于有疑問的知識點主動提問求教,及時化解疑難;另外,值得一提的是,在每節(jié)課前,我都會再次修改導(dǎo)學(xué)案,在初次備課的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)學(xué)生最近期的學(xué)習(xí)水平,仔細斟酌教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計,尤其是各個環(huán)節(jié)時間的分配。最后一步,也是不容忽視的一步就是在每次課下,我會在第一時間反思本節(jié)課的教學(xué)效果,總結(jié)成敗的原因,并及時記錄。

其三,做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作,七年級學(xué)生愛動、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在學(xué)習(xí)上不能按時完成作業(yè),有的學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè),針對這種問題,就要抓好學(xué)生的思想教育,并使這一工作貫徹到對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)中去,還要做好對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的輔導(dǎo)和幫助工作,尤其在后進生的轉(zhuǎn)化上,對后進生努力做到從友善開始。做好優(yōu)生的輔導(dǎo)工作,并對后進生及時做好扶差工作,以提高合格率。盡量地去了解學(xué)生的心理特征。另外,有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生很膽小,在學(xué)習(xí)不愿意開口。針對這種情況,要盡量去了解每一個學(xué)生,摸準他們的心理脾氣,在教學(xué)中尊重他們,關(guān)心體貼他們,及時鼓勵他們。對那些雙差生,應(yīng)滿懷熱情地關(guān)心愛護他們,決不嫌棄、歧視,而是不厭其煩地說理教育。從贊美著手,所以,和差生交談時,對他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。在學(xué)習(xí)中盡量降低對他們的要求,盡力鼓勵他們,盡量地捕捉他們的閃光點,從思想上點燃他們進取的火花。

本屆學(xué)生在英語基礎(chǔ)方面很薄弱,由于在以前學(xué)習(xí)英語的過程中,沒有很詳細全面地學(xué)習(xí)音標,基本的音標和字母拼讀都沒有掌握好。在詞匯,語法規(guī)則等方面存在很多缺漏。所以,在聽、說、讀、寫這四項技能上,學(xué)生水平存在很大差異。

另外,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)策略和情感態(tài)度方面也存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:許多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的,學(xué)習(xí)缺乏主動性、自覺性;大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)和課后復(fù)習(xí)工作,學(xué)習(xí)沒有計劃性和策略性,也不注意知識的積累和鞏固。

最后,學(xué)生對新教材缺乏一定程度上的了解,還不適應(yīng)新課改指導(dǎo)下的一些教學(xué)方法。在課堂上,習(xí)慣像以往被動地接受所傳授的知識,不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,學(xué)習(xí)的主體性不突出。

三、教材與教輔的分析

1、 內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)

每一單元除了關(guān)注閱讀、寫作、聽力、視聽說等語言實踐活動,還關(guān)注語言知識、情感態(tài)度、文化意識和學(xué)習(xí)策略等。其中,教材加強了文化意識的提高和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的培養(yǎng),是相較于以前教材很大的不同。

2、教材的特點

首先突出學(xué)習(xí)者的發(fā)展,包括注重學(xué)習(xí)策略的培養(yǎng)和使用;注重提高學(xué)生的語言認知能力;為教師和學(xué)生提供個性化的選擇;其次努力提高學(xué)生用英語進行思維和表達的能力。具體為:為學(xué)生提供更多的體驗真實語言的機會;精心設(shè)計教學(xué)活動,使學(xué)生看到明確的目標和明確的成果;為學(xué)生發(fā)展語言運用能力提供詳盡的語言支持;重視復(fù)現(xiàn)。

3、教材的重難點

該套教材強調(diào)學(xué)生綜合語言運用能力的培養(yǎng)和提高,所以重點在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語獲取信息、處理信息的能力;用英語分析問題、解決問題的能力;用英語進行思維和表達的能力。難點在于學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)策略上的改變,達到用英語思維和表達的目標。

4、教學(xué)目標

⑴總體目標:激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,樹立自信心。在整個教學(xué)過程中,讓學(xué)生有豐富的生活常識、多文化背景的積累,并形成正確人生觀、價值觀,有積極的情感態(tài)度和跨文化的交際能力。同時培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,積累學(xué)習(xí)方法。

⑵具體目標:結(jié)合學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識過于薄弱的實際,在教學(xué)剛開始的階段,注意高一和初中知識的銜接,例如復(fù)習(xí)音標和字母拼讀規(guī)律,積累基礎(chǔ)詞匯、詞語搭配、句型,熟悉不同單元呈現(xiàn)的語法規(guī)則,掌握實際用法。希望第一學(xué)期后,學(xué)生能培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,養(yǎng)成較好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,對基礎(chǔ)知識有一定的掌握。

5、教學(xué)措施

⑴讓學(xué)生每天積累幾個單詞,利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保證效果并堅持下去。

⑵認真貫徹晨讀制度:規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容,加強監(jiān)督,保證晨讀效果。

⑶實行過程性評價,調(diào)動學(xué)生積極性,通過不同方式的檢測,讓進步的同學(xué)體會到成就感,讓落后的同學(xué)找出差距,感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。

⑷ 關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍。

⑸在教學(xué)中根據(jù)目標并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計貼近學(xué)生實際的教學(xué)活動,吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語,完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。

⑹經(jīng)常進行教學(xué)反思,適時調(diào)整教學(xué)方法,符合學(xué)生的真實情況,利于學(xué)生的有效性學(xué)習(xí)。

從所任課班級實際情況和本身條件出發(fā),認真進行思考和改正。多關(guān)注學(xué)科教研的發(fā)展,多多聽課向有經(jīng)驗的老師虛心學(xué)習(xí),取之所長,多和同事交流探討,交換教學(xué)思想和方法,避己所短,不斷進步。積極參與學(xué)科的相關(guān)課題研究,撰寫論文,參加教研組,備課組的教研活動。

一、教學(xué)目的

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對英語的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,形成有效的學(xué)習(xí)策略,有效提高學(xué)習(xí)效率,發(fā)展雙基能力,培養(yǎng)聽、說、讀、寫的能力,使學(xué)生初步獲得運用英語的能力,達到語言運用能力的遷移和拓展。

二、教材分析

《Go for it》七年級下冊共12個單元,加上復(fù)習(xí)單元2個,文化背景知識和學(xué)習(xí)策略等部分補充材料。全書采取任務(wù)型語言教學(xué)模式,融匯話題、交際功能和語言結(jié)構(gòu),形成了一套循序漸進的生活化的學(xué)習(xí)程序。每個單元都列出明確的語言目標,主要的功能項目與語法結(jié)構(gòu),需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A、B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內(nèi)容,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。每個單元還有self check部分,供學(xué)生自我檢測本單元所學(xué)的語言知識之用。它采用“語言的輸入——學(xué)生的消化吸收——學(xué)生的語言輸出”為主線編排的。通過確定language Goal,采用聽、說、讀、寫,自我檢測等手段,有效提高語言習(xí)得者的學(xué)習(xí)效率,有利于習(xí)得者的語言產(chǎn)出,體現(xiàn)了以學(xué)生為主體的思想。

四、學(xué)情分析

經(jīng)過一學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí),從上期期末成績來看,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目的明確,態(tài)度端正,掌握了英語學(xué)習(xí)的一些基本方法,能夠積極主動認真地學(xué)習(xí),大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)秀,但還有極少部分學(xué)生沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的,缺少學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和主動性,自覺性較差,相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣也差。主要原因是沒有激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,學(xué)生覺得英語學(xué)習(xí)是一種負擔(dān),而不是一種樂趣。一部分學(xué)生沒有掌握記憶單詞的方法,連基本的單詞聽寫也不過關(guān),導(dǎo)致看不懂,聽不懂,學(xué)不懂。學(xué)生的聽力也還有待提高,在這方面失分也較多。主要是聽的時間太少,接觸英語的時間不多。針對種種問題,在本期的英語教學(xué)中,教師一方面應(yīng)加強基礎(chǔ)知識的講解和基本技能的訓(xùn)練,讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎(chǔ)知識和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能,為進一步學(xué)習(xí)英語打下堅實的基礎(chǔ);另一方面,又要采取多種措施,注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對英語的興趣;讓學(xué)生掌握記憶單詞、聽音、寫作等英語學(xué)習(xí)技藝,培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和自主探索,合作探究能力。充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動性。教學(xué)上采取任務(wù)型教學(xué),運用靈活多變的`方法,實現(xiàn)學(xué)生語言運用能力的遷移和拓展。還要注意培養(yǎng)良好的師生關(guān)系,尊重理解學(xué)生,與學(xué)生一起分享學(xué)習(xí)中的苦與樂。使每一位學(xué)生都能在學(xué)習(xí)中取得很大成績,有所進步。

五、教學(xué)措施和方法

措施:

4、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生實現(xiàn)語言的遷移,加強日常生活中英語口語的運用

5、鼓勵學(xué)生自主探索,合用探究,共同提高

6、加強聽力訓(xùn)練

方法:任務(wù)型教學(xué):教師提出指令,學(xué)生規(guī)范操作。聽說領(lǐng)先,讀寫跟上。綜合訓(xùn)練,扎實雙基。

六、教改打算

用新課標理念,結(jié)合新課標精神,進行課堂改革,實行教與學(xué)的互動。采用任務(wù)型語言教學(xué)模式,努力用一套行之有效的課堂教學(xué)模式,提高教學(xué)效率。
