2.加強對工人的管理，教育工人遵紀守法，辦公流動人員務工的暫住證等相關手續(xù)。加強安全、防火、防盜意識。若施工期間發(fā)生安全事故傷害，乙方負擔全部損失和責任，與甲方無關。

3.甲方提供給乙方使用的周轉材料實行調(diào)撥制，根據(jù)工程計劃需要向乙方提供。

1、如執(zhí)行本合同產(chǎn)生糾紛，雙方接受勞動仲裁部門調(diào)解。

2、發(fā)生爭議后，除非出現(xiàn)下列情況，雙方都應繼續(xù)履行合同，保持工作連續(xù)，保護好已完工做成果。

2.1單方違約導致合同確已無法履行，雙方協(xié)議終止合同;
