1.嚴格執(zhí)行合同中對工程工期、質(zhì)量、安全的要求，調(diào)配甲方要求的相應(yīng)工種及工人數(shù)量，服從施工人員的安排，按規(guī)范進行施工。

2.加強對工人的管理，教育工人遵紀守法，辦公流動人員務(wù)工的暫住證等相關(guān)手續(xù)。加強安全、防火、防盜意識。若施工期間發(fā)生安全事故傷害，乙方負擔全部損失和責任，與甲方無關(guān)。

3.甲方提供給乙方使用的周轉(zhuǎn)材料實行調(diào)撥制，根據(jù)工程計劃需要向乙方提供。

4.乙方就妥善保管、合理使用甲方提供的材料、設(shè)備(包括領(lǐng)用、保管、裝卸、退庫、辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)、按甲方指定的場內(nèi)地點歸類堆放);因保管和使用不善發(fā)生丟失、損壞、乙方應(yīng)按領(lǐng)用時的價格賠償。

5.材料按預(yù)算分析量對乙方實行限額領(lǐng)料，乙方應(yīng)合理用料、注意節(jié)約。如材料使用超出預(yù)算用量，則超出部分的費用由乙方承擔。

6.負責現(xiàn)場自身承包范圍內(nèi)的材料驗收及搬運，負責自身承包范圍內(nèi)的現(xiàn)場衛(wèi)生清理及材料保護，工完場清，活完料清。

7.乙方必須按期交工，不得無故拖延工期，不能按時完工造成的損失由乙方負責。

1、門窗制作與安裝工期少于一個月的驗收合格后費用一次性支付。

2、門窗制作與安裝工期大于一個月的按工作量分期支付。

1、乙方應(yīng)按本合同約定的質(zhì)量標準組織施工，確保施工質(zhì)量。施工完畢，乙方應(yīng)及時向甲方提交自檢報告，通知驗收;甲方應(yīng)當及時對乙方施工成果組織有關(guān)部門進行初檢驗收，驗收合格后再進入下道工序施工作業(yè);驗收結(jié)果表明乙方施工結(jié)果不合格時，乙方應(yīng)負責無償修?？⒐を炇諘r，業(yè)主、監(jiān)理等相關(guān)方提出的工程質(zhì)量缺陷，乙方應(yīng)無償維修。

1、如執(zhí)行本合同產(chǎn)生糾紛，雙方接受勞動仲裁部門調(diào)解。

2、發(fā)生爭議后，除非出現(xiàn)下列情況，雙方都應(yīng)繼續(xù)履行合同，保持工作連續(xù)，保護好已完工做成果。

2.1單方違約導(dǎo)致合同確已無法履行，雙方協(xié)議終止合同;

The cowhand farmed in the field and the Weaver Maid wove at home. They lived a happy life and gave birth to a boy and a girl. Unfortunately， the God of Heaven soon found out the fact and ordered the Queen Mother of the Western Heavens to bring the Weaver Maid back.

With the help of celestial cattle， the Cowhand flew to heaven with his son and daughter. At the time when he was about to catch up with his wife， the Queen Mother took off one of her gold hairpins and made a stroke. One billowy river appeared in front of the Cowhand. The Cowhand and Weaver Maid were separated on the two banks forever and could only feel their tears. Their loyalty to love touched magpies， so tens of thousands of magpies came to build a bridge for the Cowhand and Weaver Maid to meet each other. The Queen Mother was eventually moved and allowed them to meet each year on the 7th of the 7th lunar month. Hence their meeting date has been called "Qi Xi" (Double Seventh)。
