第1周

作為英語專業(yè)的大學生， 我很榮幸能夠進入英語專業(yè)相關的崗位實習。 相信每個人都有 第一天上班的經(jīng)歷， 也會對第一天上班有著深刻的感受及體會。 尤其是從未有過工作經(jīng)歷的 職場大學們。 頭幾天實習，心情自然是激動而又緊張的，激動是覺得自己終于有機會進入職場工作， 緊張是因為要面對一個完全陌生的職場環(huán)境。剛開始，崗位實習不用做太多的工作，基本都 是在熟悉新工作的環(huán)境，單位內部文化，以及工作中日常所需要知道的一些事物等。對于這 個職位的一切還很陌生，但是學會快速適應陌生的環(huán)境，是一種鍛煉自我的過程，是我第一 件要學的技能。 這次實習為以后步入職場打下基礎。 第一周領導讓我和辦公室的其他職員相 互認識了一下， 并給我分配了一個師父， 我以后在這里的實習遇到的問題和困難都可以找他 幫忙。 一周的時間很快就過去了， 原以為實習的日子會比較枯燥的， 不過老實說第一周的實習 還是比較輕松愉快的，嘿嘿，俗話說萬事開頭難，我已經(jīng)邁出了第一步了，在接下去的日子 里我會繼續(xù)努力的。生活并不簡單，我們要勇往直前!再苦再累，我也要堅持下去，只要堅 持著，總會有微笑的一天。雖然第一周的實習沒什么事情，比較輕松，但我并不放松，依然 會本著積極樂觀的態(tài)度，努力進取，以最大的熱情融入實習生活中。 雖然第一周的實習沒什么事情， 比較輕松， 但我并不放松， 依然會本著積極樂觀的態(tài)度， 努力進取，以最大的熱情融入實習生活中。

第2周

過一周的實習，對自己崗位的運作流程也有了一些了解，雖然我是讀是英語專業(yè)，但和 實習崗位實踐有些脫節(jié)， 這周一直是在給我們培訓那些業(yè)務的理論知識， 感覺又回到了學校 上課的時候。雖然我對業(yè)務還沒有那么熟悉，也會有很多的不懂，但是我慢慢學會了如何去 處理一些事情。在工作地過程中明白了主動的重要性，在你可以選擇的時候，就要把主動權 握在自己手中。 有時候遇到工作過程中的棘手問題， 心里會特別的憋屈， 但是過會也就好了， 我想只要積極學習積極辦事， 做好自己份內事， 不懂就問， 多做少說就會有意想不到的收獲，

只有自己想不到?jīng)]有做不到。 第二周實習快結束了，來這里有一段時間了，雖然同事們都很好，工作也輕松，對工作 的環(huán)境有一定的了解，但真正在這里生活了，還是會覺得有些不適應。與當初想象中的職場 狀態(tài)似乎有些差距，我相信我會適應職場生活。

第3周

不知不覺進入了實習的第三周，生活還在慢慢的適應，每天按部就班的工作。除了學習 崗位相關的業(yè)務知識， 我還加強大學英語專業(yè)相關知識與自己崗位相結合， 努力讓英語專業(yè) 相關知識應用到實際工作中。實習不想在學校，很多工作遇到的很多問題都只能自己鉆研， 不過好在有很多資料可以查， 大學里學習的英語專業(yè)相關知識能夠幫上忙， 也不枉大學的學 習。不懂時就查查資料，也培養(yǎng)了自學能力，同時了解許多相關的知識，一舉多得。 經(jīng)過 2 個多星期的正式實習工作， 我已經(jīng)慢慢適應這樣的作息和工作方式了。 以前在學 校的時候，有時候偷懶或者身體不適，就會請假或者逃課，老師也會很理解很包容我們這群 他眼里的“沒長大的孩子” 。但是現(xiàn)在開始上班，同事中沒有人再會把我們當成孩子，也不 會像老師那樣寵溺和包容我們。不管是誰，遲到都是會受到領導的批評。所以每天早上都不 敢偷懶，準時起床去上班，有時候為了不遲到，不吃早飯都是常態(tài)。為了給大家留下好的印 象，我都要提早去辦公室，把辦公室清掃一下，再給大家打上熱水。雖然都是一些微不足道 的小事情，但是也算是給這個辦公室做出的一些貢獻。 第三周實習快結束了，我相信下個星期我能做得更好，每天進步一點點。

第4周

這周頭一天星期一， 我終于接到實習以來的第一個真正的工作任務。 雖然在這兒實習了 快一個月了， 但是工作的內容無非是協(xié)助同事， 幫幫忙， 打打雜。 大部分的時間都是閑著的， 我的師父今天終于分配給我第一個工作任務， 我充分利用了大學里面學習的英語專業(yè)相關知 識，把第一個任務圓滿完成。師父說，通過他的觀察，說我態(tài)度積極，并且耐的住性子，已 經(jīng)初步通過了他的考驗，所以分配給我一個工作任務，對我進行進一步的考驗。這個看似簡 單的工作任務就是耐心和細心，一個小小錯誤就會導致所有的錯誤。我想說，師父，我準備

好了，我會認真完美的完成這個任務的，一定不會讓您失望。 接下來幾天，開始正式接手相關工作，因為是新人，所以在實際執(zhí)行過程中有很多的缺 陷與不足，還好有師傅的指導，我順利地完成了工作任務。幾天的實習加學習使我深刻感覺 到，以前自己對課本的知識掌握的不夠透徹，也不能很好的將理論與實際相結合。感覺有很 多東西要學習，所以總是感覺時間不夠用。因此，我給自己制定了一些計劃和目標，首先了 解現(xiàn)行的一些規(guī)范、看英語專業(yè)相關書籍、學會熟練使用辦公軟件，掌握工作方面的細節(jié)問 題，努力提高自己的工作修養(yǎng)。

第5周

轉眼之間，實習已經(jīng)過去了一個多月。經(jīng)過幾天的忙碌，終于完成了實習以來的比較大 工作任務，而且是比規(guī)定的時間提前了一天。為了確保這個工作任務完成的更加完美，我對 任務的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行了不下十遍的檢查，確保不出現(xiàn)一個錯誤。 星期三的早上，因為緊張又因為興奮，很早的就跑去上班，將做好之后的數(shù)據(jù)放在師父 的桌子上，等待師父的檢查。在等待師父到來的這段時間里，時間好像變得特別慢，每一分 鐘都好像在跟我作對，就是過不去的感覺。后來師父終于來到了辦公室，我假裝鎮(zhèn)定的跟師 父說，任務已經(jīng)做好了，放在你桌子上了。師父只是微微的點了點頭，說，知道了。這多少 有點讓我失望和擔心， 師父完全沒有說什么時候會去檢查， 也沒有布置給我下一個工作任務。 之后我又再次陷入了無所事事的工作狀態(tài)。 在空閑時間，結合英語專業(yè)，我努力學習與崗位相關的知識，為以后的工作打下牢固的 基礎。要多想多思考多問、多問 why;對知識要學精學透，不能廣而不精。最重要的是建立 起自信，相信自己。給自己準確定位，并朝著這個方向不懈努力。記得一定要言出必行，說 到做到!

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very busy.

So I should save my money. Also I should help them.

Although I cant do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It time for me to begin to learn how to work.

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition.

It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

周次：第10周 日期：4月29日 內容：確定翻譯文本（選材原因、文體特點） 在上周老師的講話中，我了解到實際中的翻譯項目一般都是規(guī)定在有限的時間內，由一個翻譯工作坊（工作組）共同完成。分工完成后的譯稿還需由一名負責人潤色，這樣可以達到風格的一致性，而且術語會更豐富一些。遵照老師的建議，我們班的同學幾乎都已經(jīng)分好小組。我們小組也不例外，已經(jīng)準備好模擬真正的翻譯工作坊，全力以赴，爭取順利完成實習。

首先，我們小組要做的第一件事就是要確定翻譯文本。經(jīng)過了一番小討論和一段小插曲后，我們決定選擇《media now》作為英翻中的內容，《商務禮儀》作為中翻英的材料。今天我們在圖書館查閱資料的時候，發(fā)現(xiàn)可以翻譯的東西很多，其實這些都可以作為我們平時自學的材料。根據(jù)規(guī)定，無論是中翻英、還是英翻中，內容材料必須保證native, 拿到《media now》這本書的時候，我們四個人對此都很感興趣。我們渴望多了解一些關于媒體新聞、文化與技術的信息，而且我們發(fā)現(xiàn)這本由清華大學出版社于2004年出版的書很與時俱進，內容豐富，涵蓋面廣，有實景、照片、圖表。最終，我們小組決定翻譯“全球媒介”章節(jié)，我們覺得話語很客觀，內容新穎，也有我們想了解的信息和不認識的術語，通過查閱我們一定都能有所收獲。我想，經(jīng)過這次翻譯我們一定能更深刻、更用心的了解西方文化。

漢譯英的材料是《商務禮儀》。我們小組一致認為，今后走向社會所面臨問題的第一大問題就是商務場合所必

備的社交禮儀和行為規(guī)范。這在商務成長路上不可忽視，將我們想了解的知識翻譯成英文，對我們學懂商務禮儀和提高翻譯能力都是有利的。周次：第11周 日期：5月6日 內容： 查閱相關文獻（閱讀理解翻譯材料） 本周我們已經(jīng)開始著手于英譯漢的翻譯工作，雖然我們已經(jīng)確定翻譯“全球媒介”，但是還是把其他重要的章節(jié)，重要的部分也通讀了一遍。我想找到語感，熟悉這本書還是很重要的，我想這不僅對了解作者的寫作手法、表達習慣等有所幫助，還能擴展自己在媒介這一方面的知識。

根據(jù)實習內容，這周以“查閱相關文獻，閱讀理解翻譯材料”為主。所以這周我們主要閱讀了相關的全球媒體的中文資料，以及大量相關的英文資料。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有很多專業(yè)都是需要我們去慢慢接觸，認識，然后逐漸深入了解?，F(xiàn)在，我很喜歡學習歐洲國家媒介的歷史，如果 沒有這次翻譯大實習的活動，我一定對很多西方國家的重要文化信息都沒有接觸的機會。我想這樣主動的學習，記憶一定會更加深刻。

通過閱讀，我了解到歐洲國家曾經(jīng)因為媒體互通的問題，歐洲聯(lián)盟提到過“無邊疆電視”的計劃，并且為此做出很大努力，很多貢獻。但是由于文化、語言等差異和不同，大家都希望收看、收聽、閱讀自己母語的節(jié)目和書籍，所以這一計劃破滅了。

我會付出更多的努力，向西方國家文化和語言靠攏，努力了解更多，認真吸收更多，以去其糟粕取其精華的精神學習和借鑒。周次：第12周日期：5月12日 內容： 翻譯（1）創(chuàng)建術語表

根據(jù)實習內容，本周主要以“創(chuàng)建術語表”為主。我在翻譯資料的時候，有一個習慣就是新建一個word文檔，把遇到的生詞敲在上面，然后聯(lián)網(wǎng)在“金山詞霸”上面查詞，或者用《牛津高階第六版》進行查閱，并且不定期復習這些生詞和例句。

現(xiàn)在我在翻譯實習的時候，一般也是采用這種方式，記錄的形式可能有所不同，但是收獲是相同的。我想，一定要記到腦子里面，那才是實實在在的。

在翻譯過程中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)術語都出現(xiàn)在人名、地名、組織名稱、公司名稱、電信公司等。讓我記憶猶新的就是“at&t”的翻譯，因為這個詞在生活中比較常見，是

american telephone & telegraph的縮寫形式，中文意思是“美國電話電報公司”。還有rupert murdoch，起初這個詞我并沒有查，因為上學期在報刊學的課上老師講過這個人，魯伯特·默多克，我印象尤深。他出生于澳大利亞墨爾本以南30英里的一個農場，是美國新聞和媒體經(jīng)營者，目前是新聞集團的主要股東，董事長兼行政總裁。以股票市值來計算，他的新聞集團已是世界上最大的跨國媒體集團。另外，我還記住了magnate這個詞，“ 巨頭，富豪，權貴，大資本家”之意。聯(lián)想到magnificent（宏大的，莊嚴的，堂皇的；(衣服、裝飾等)華麗的；極其動人的；(體型)優(yōu)美的，健壯的；〔口語〕頂呱呱的）這個詞就更容易記了。此外，我還查到了tycoon, baron, the titan, pundit也有“巨頭、大亨”之意。

On the way home I saw a little child standing by the roadside crying. Obviously, he had lost his way. Forgetting all about the film, I went up to him and asked him to tell me whatever he knew about his family. It took me nearly an hour to send him home. His parents were very glad to find their lost child back and thanked me again and again.

I missed the film. But I felt happy.

學英語，要從ABC入門，我這個小老師就先為奶奶準備了一個小本子當作業(yè)本，然后在第一頁寫上大寫的“A”和小寫的“a”，緊接著我開始教奶奶學習“A”。

而后，老師又在黑板上寫了go to這個詞，又在后面寫了個大大的“｛”符號，在這個符號里第一行寫了客廳（living room）把中文也些了，在中文后面寫（watch tv）。接著第二行寫了書房（study） 同樣寫出中文，在中文后面又加上（read a book），在第三行寫了廚房（kitchen ），接著又寫了（have a snack）老師讓我們先反復讀這三行，接著老師就說watch tv那一邊的詞，讓我們來用英語回答是在那個房間做的，我們有的跟著老師讀了這句話，有的就把watch tv。說成在study ，有的還說成在 kitchen。然后，老師又讓我們掉轉過來說。老師說在那個房間，同學們回答做什么。結果呢有同學在kitchen read a book還有同學還是在study watch tv。玩完這個游戲老師說：“我們吃完東西了應該去廁所”，接下來就寫了bath room的`英文和中文并在里面做什么take a shower洗澡，同學們一聽到bath room就開始笑了，一直笑個不停。老師教會我們這個單詞之后，又帶我們玩了一次有趣的游戲。

我們正好分成四組，而且剛學了四個新單詞，就叫每一組讀go to什么，做什么。結果第三組有兩個詞不會讀，被罰站了。每到bath room單詞時，我們都不會讀，只能站在那兒，只要我們第二次會讀了就可以坐下。

這堂英語課真是很快樂，又記住了這些單詞。我希望每堂課都這樣快樂美好。
