3.趣味操練 (Practice)

(1)游戲

玩Let's play中的游戲“擊鼓傳花”。首先，將全班學(xué)生分為兩大組。有節(jié)奏地敲擊小鼓，兩組學(xué)生同時(shí)開始傳花，當(dāng)老師的鼓聲停止時(shí)，兩組各有一名學(xué)生拿到花，這時(shí)，拿到花的學(xué)生就說Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …(這個(gè)游戲也可用放音樂來代替擊鼓，學(xué)生可待音樂停止時(shí)起立做自我介紹。)

提示學(xué)生發(fā)音，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生區(qū)分正確、錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)音。特別是I'm的發(fā)音，應(yīng)為[aim]不能讀成[em]或[ai]。根據(jù)學(xué)生情況，逐步在以后的課時(shí)中感受語(yǔ)音，感受發(fā)音。

另外，此次練習(xí)中，若學(xué)生已有英文名字，即可使用，若沒有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。若班級(jí)學(xué)生人數(shù)不多，可在此為學(xué)生起英文名字。

(2)讓學(xué)生自己說說所學(xué)用語(yǔ)的使用環(huán)境，并讓學(xué)生自己擬定一個(gè)使用所學(xué)用語(yǔ)的場(chǎng)所。結(jié)合圖片，進(jìn)一步鞏固情景。

為學(xué)生出示情景圖，讓他們自己說說，在此情景中該說些什么?

清晨，兩個(gè)小朋友在校門口相遇，猜猜看，他們說了些什么?

上課了，老師帶一名新同學(xué)進(jìn)教室。新生Lily該怎樣做自我介紹?

4.課堂評(píng)價(jià) (Assessment)

做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)第一單元的第一部分練習(xí)。由于學(xué)生剛剛接觸英語(yǔ)，而且是第一次做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)，教師要進(jìn)行全面、細(xì)致的指導(dǎo)。

(1)教師與學(xué)生討論本單元獲獎(jiǎng)的小花數(shù)量，由于是第一單元，起點(diǎn)可以稍微低點(diǎn)，盡量讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小貼紙為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

(2)讓學(xué)生看書上的圖，才圖中人物，想他們?cè)谡f什么。

(3)教師講解題目要求并指導(dǎo)做的方法。建議教師提醒學(xué)生注意題目要求標(biāo)記的識(shí)別，以便今后遇到相同問題時(shí)學(xué)生能獨(dú)立完成。

(4)讓學(xué)生聽錄音做練習(xí)。

(5)再次播放錄音，在教師的指導(dǎo)下讓學(xué)生一句一句地跟讀并相互核對(duì)答案，最后通過給小花涂色進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)。

5.擴(kuò)展性活動(dòng)(Add-activities)

(1)將制作面具的材料發(fā)給學(xué)生。教學(xué)生如何給面具涂色，將面具剪下并粘在小木棍上。

(2)學(xué)生帶上面具，互相打招呼并介紹自己，復(fù)習(xí)本課所學(xué)知識(shí)。

(3)提示學(xué)生，注意保留面具，以后教學(xué)活動(dòng)中會(huì)用到這些面具。

要做好自我介紹，我們首先要知道，面試官到底想通過自我介紹了解什么，有針對(duì)性地去準(zhǔn)備，成功幾率才會(huì)更大。

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡(jiǎn)歷是真實(shí)的,口述的自我介紹當(dāng)然不會(huì)有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會(huì)漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學(xué)們的邏輯思維能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

第三，考察同學(xué)們是否簡(jiǎn)練和精干,了解同學(xué)們的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)感知能力和把控能力。

第四，考察同學(xué)們初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價(jià)值取向。

第五，考察同學(xué)們是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時(shí)間的掌控能力。有時(shí)面試官給出的問題是“請(qǐng)您用一到三分鐘做一個(gè)自我介紹”,但被面試者有時(shí)一開口就滔滔不絕，停不下來，最后被面試官提醒注意時(shí)間。

在面試之前，同學(xué)們就要對(duì)自我介紹的內(nèi)容做一下適當(dāng)篩選，因?yàn)檫@一環(huán)節(jié)后的`很多問題都將會(huì)圍繞你的自我介紹提出，同學(xué)們可以參考以下要點(diǎn)完善自己的自我介紹。

1、掌握時(shí)間。

一般面試官都會(huì)規(guī)定時(shí)間，既不能超時(shí)太長(zhǎng),也不能過于簡(jiǎn)短。如果沒有明確說明，同學(xué)們可以把時(shí)間控制在一至三分鐘之間。

2、突出重點(diǎn)。

姓名、工作經(jīng)歷和工作時(shí)間等履歷應(yīng)該一下帶過，把時(shí)間放在簡(jiǎn)歷上沒有的內(nèi)容上。同學(xué)們可以選擇三個(gè)重點(diǎn)來介紹自己,盡量把自己不大明顯但重要的技能“推而廣之”。

4、鋪排次序。

內(nèi)容的先后次序也很重要，是否能緊握面試官的注意力，全在于內(nèi)容的的編排方式。所以排在第一位的，應(yīng)該是我們最想要面試官記得的事情，這些一般都是你最得意之作。如果可以呈上一些有關(guān)的作品或記錄還增加印象分。

5、身體語(yǔ)言。

面試中，身體語(yǔ)言也能體現(xiàn)出面試者的一些潛在素質(zhì)，例如是否自信、禮儀是否恰當(dāng)?shù)?。在自我介紹中我們必須留意自己在各方面的表現(xiàn)，尤其是聲線。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己。最好事前找些朋友作為練習(xí)對(duì)象，盡量讓聲線聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

July 1, 1998 dear sir or xxx: Mr. ren was admitted in 1986 at 14 years of age into the special class for the gifted youths, my university s unique program that caters to the intellectual needs of unusually talented chinese youngsters. It was a rare privilege he earned with his nearly impeccable academic performance through the years of his elementary and secondary school.

He impressed me almost as he entered into my university, a major cradle of china sscientific and technological talents. At the time, members of the gifted class allhad to spend half a month studying by themselves the principles of calculus and thentake an exam so that we could evaluate their self-study capability. Mr. ren scored the highest grade in that exam.

He also exhibited a keenly whetted mind during class discussions. To my regret at the time, his english was not as good as his mathematics or physics. But i noticed he made a point of working especially hard in improving his english during his five undergraduate years with us. By now, he seems to be at least as proficient in english as most of his former classmates in the gifted class.

My name is YY_ . I come from DLUFL and my major is english special lised in business. Computer, books, films and climbing moutains are my favourite.

I have been a class president for nearly 4 years, and I also have been an interpreter at Dalian Garment Fair for twice.

I think all these e_prience and my responsibility, creating thinking and passion would make me qualify for this job.
