1、正視農(nóng)村市場的現(xiàn)狀：

與城市市場相比，農(nóng)村市場是一個消費群體高度分散、區(qū)域差異明顯的低端消費市場，在經(jīng)濟交通、生活水平及消費意識方等方面都存在著較大的差距，從而也就決定了農(nóng)村市場具有它的獨特性，不僅是白酒企業(yè)需要謹慎考慮，其它廠家也是一樣的。所以，如果把城市營銷的手法直接運用到農(nóng)村市場是行不通的，只有針對農(nóng)村消費市場的實際情況不斷創(chuàng)新營銷策略才能達到事半功倍的效果，否則，每戰(zhàn)皆北，向隅而泣！

在城區(qū)，A地與B地的市場情況雖然不一樣，但差別不是太大，現(xiàn)在，多者通常也習慣于以“地級市場”為最小營銷單位進行區(qū)別運作，從而采取不同的營銷策略。但在農(nóng)村，不僅存在發(fā)達農(nóng)村與貧困農(nóng)村之間的差異，即使同一個村，也多有山這邊富裕、溝那邊貧窮的狀況，這主要是受自然環(huán)境和交通條件等因素的影響。也即是說：不同的農(nóng)村市場區(qū)域之間存在很大的差異性，且這種差異性的密集度很高，包括經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平不平衡、區(qū)域文化的差異和各地購買力的層次不一等等，這就對我們在農(nóng)村市場的推廣與管理帶來了一定的難度。

在國內(nèi)不少地區(qū)，雖然都在一定程度上實施了“村村通”工程，但相對來說，農(nóng)村市場的自然交通及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件還是比較落后，如電力、娛樂、購物等，特別是交通條件，對一些偏遠的山區(qū)來講，供應商在商品運輸、配送及終端管理等方便是一個比較棘手的問題。

農(nóng)村的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)常以分散的各自經(jīng)營為主，農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的自給性也就普遍存在，由于信息閉塞，生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后，農(nóng)村市場的產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度一直不高，經(jīng)濟收入偏低直接導致了農(nóng)村消費水平低的普遍現(xiàn)象。同樣說明，白酒廠家要開發(fā)農(nóng)村市場不可能把中高檔酒作為主流。

受文化程度與生活環(huán)境的影響，多數(shù)農(nóng)村消費者的消費觀念比較落后，在對商品的正確認知與辨別方面比較弱，更缺乏有力的品牌意識和品牌消費觀念，因而，如何培養(yǎng)農(nóng)村消費者的主觀能動性很關(guān)鍵。

受地理環(huán)境與生活條件的限制，農(nóng)村市場信息比較閉塞，農(nóng)村消費者對外界的接觸也是不能與城市消費者相比擬的，商品信息在農(nóng)村市場的傳播速度也相對滯后。從信息的傳播來看，主要依靠當?shù)仉娨晱V播和一些鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的自辦節(jié)目，象報刊雜志這些媒體在農(nóng)村市場很難發(fā)揮及時的廣告效應，通常情況下，一些普通的百姓家庭是一個月左右才趕回集市（有的地方稱“趕場”），因而，我們的白酒廠家如何因地制宜解決信息不暢尤其重要。

農(nóng)村市場是缺乏領(lǐng)軍品牌的，農(nóng)村消費者對白酒的消費講究物美價廉，一般來說對產(chǎn)品的口感和價格比較在乎，而對品牌、包裝等方面不太注重，

在農(nóng)村市場，多以地方品牌居多，且雜亂無章，一些假冒偽劣商品更是充斥其市。這里，不少的農(nóng)村消費者更是習慣于購買當?shù)氐囊恍┬【谱鞣会勚频纳⒕坪取?/p>

白酒商品在農(nóng)村市場的流通渠道一般是通過縣級批發(fā)商→鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)→村組→消費者，各級渠道商普遍存在文化素質(zhì)不高，在營銷管理、市場運作、倉儲配送能力方面更是比較薄弱。

在農(nóng)村市場的一些小商場和小賣鋪，一般分布面較廣、不太集中，且規(guī)模、大小、品類各異，可謂參差不齊。在這些零散的終端經(jīng)銷點中，多數(shù)又都是農(nóng)資百貨兼賣、順帶副食酒品，當然更談不上明顯的白酒專營店鋪，這樣一來，對我們開發(fā)終端市場造成了一定的難度。

農(nóng)村白酒市場需要創(chuàng)新營銷，但更需要誠信營銷，因為憨厚、爽直是廣大農(nóng)村消費者的特點，他們不喜歡或很少象城里人那樣追求時尚和趕時髦，他們往往雖然缺乏對品牌的理性認識，但在消費行為方面卻是比較感性的。如你的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)優(yōu)價廉，服務也好，農(nóng)村消費者會越來越喜歡你、并忠誠于你的品牌；但如果你在他們面前如有一回不老實，他們就有可能另選其主，甚至對你恨之入骨，所以，白酒新農(nóng)村營銷更需要的是誠信與務實。

開發(fā)農(nóng)村白酒市場，是施行通路下沉，通過深度推廣實現(xiàn)市場擴張，最終達到“從農(nóng)村包圍城市”之目的。但要開發(fā)廣袤無垠的農(nóng)村白酒市場決不能獅子大開口，一下就欲吃個飽！一定要針對自己的產(chǎn)品特性與企業(yè)實際情況有針對性地選擇開發(fā)市場，因為不同區(qū)域的農(nóng)村市場存在較大的差異。筆者認為，宜從局部市場做起，以點帶面，精耕細作，逐步推廣。建議根據(jù)地理位置、經(jīng)濟水平、風俗習慣和口味喜好等原則，按“縣（市）”行政區(qū)域進行市場劃分，并以縣級市場為直接輸出端口，以各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為一級分銷渠道；一般可將縣級市場整體劃分為幾個銷售區(qū)域，各區(qū)域市場再以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為單位進行運作并向村級市場滲透。

力求適應我國農(nóng)村大部分消費環(huán)境、做到能滿足廣大農(nóng)村消費者的精神文化需求，在品牌命名方面應充分考慮如何與市場基因相結(jié)合，保持“三相符”和“一統(tǒng)一”。即：一要名稱符合農(nóng)村市場的消費環(huán)境、二要符合產(chǎn)品的風格特征、三要符合品牌的文化表現(xiàn)，同時要求產(chǎn)品名稱最好與商標名稱相統(tǒng)一，這樣才便于品牌傳播與推廣。

6、口感設(shè)計：

農(nóng)村市場普遍存在購買濃香型高度白酒產(chǎn)品的消費者居多，52o以上的白酒呈主流消費趨勢，建議產(chǎn)品的度數(shù)宜定在45o～60o之間。

7、包裝設(shè)計：

現(xiàn)在不少的農(nóng)村消費者還依舊在購買散酒喝，光瓶酒依然是主流，所以，白酒產(chǎn)品的包裝應力求美觀大方、經(jīng)濟實用、攜帶方便，不宜采用高檔包裝形式。建議以光瓶、普通合裝、精裝禮盒產(chǎn)品進行組合投放市場。

Covering an area of 24 square KM,the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times,xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years, it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .The period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961,the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .In order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it represents.Garden of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well,the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original buildings.All the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon, cicade and other animals.

Ok, now we’re in the main entrance to the garden,it’s a specially designed gate built in the way, the word “gate”wasfinely carved with beautiful designs of ?dragon,phoenix,tiger,cicada and so on. On the top of the gate is the words”Garden of the Yin Ruins”,written by Mr.Zhougu cheng,a famous historian in China. The garden is divided into several sections.

Ok, now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle in ions are showed. The oracle in ions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. The 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 years.More than160,000 pieces of shells and bones with in ions were found. As the earliest characters, the in ions marked a recorded history of nearly 4,000 years in China. They were used as divinations in the Shang Dynasty.when people they were very superstitious.The contents of these in ions cover wide fields, ranging from sacrifice wars,states affairs to weather,hunting etc, and provide important information for the study of the Shang society.

Well, apart from the oracle in ions , bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins,which shows that the technology of bronze castingreachedits peak in the Shang Dynasty.The bronze wares include vessels,weapons,chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze weighing 875kilograms,is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .Elegant in appearance and intricately carved in patterns.It’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . There are also many other artifacts excaveted in the Yin Ruins including pottery s, stone and brone s,jade, shell s, lacquer ware , ivory carvings and bamboo articles, all beautiful in shape and well made.

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡歷是真實的,口述的自我介紹當然不會有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學們的邏輯思維能力、語言表達能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

3、圍繞職位。

內(nèi)容的先后次序也很重要，是否能緊握面試官的注意力，全在于內(nèi)容的的編排方式。所以排在第一位的，應該是我們最想要面試官記得的事情，這些一般都是你最得意之作。如果可以呈上一些有關(guān)的作品或記錄還增加印象分。

5、身體語言。

面試中，身體語言也能體現(xiàn)出面試者的一些潛在素質(zhì)，例如是否自信、禮儀是否恰當?shù)?。在自我介紹中我們必須留意自己在各方面的表現(xiàn)，尤其是聲線。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己。最好事前找些朋友作為練習對象，盡量讓聲線聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

6、禮貌應答。
