近日，網(wǎng)友倪明在網(wǎng)上發(fā)帖，希望HR至少能給求職者一些基本的尊重。原來(lái)，幾天前倪明接到了心儀已久公司的面試電話，心情激動(dòng)的他為了這次面試做了萬(wàn)全的準(zhǔn)備，重新整理了簡(jiǎn)歷，預(yù)先練習(xí)了可能遇到的問(wèn)題，甚至還特意找了件名牌襯衫，希望能在面試中能有出色表現(xiàn)。

崔景秀覺(jué)得，目前很多求職者在找工作的過(guò)程中，心態(tài)不對(duì)，總把自己放在受害者的弱勢(shì)地位。一旦求職失敗了，部分求職者不是從自己身上尋找原因，而是推到HR身上，抱怨面試官的挑剔與嚴(yán)苛。往往這部分求職者在網(wǎng)上論壇發(fā)帖求助時(shí)，會(huì)博取不少人的同情分。但實(shí)際上，作為一名職場(chǎng)人士而言，這種做法是很可笑的。人在職場(chǎng)，總是會(huì)遇到很多不順心的事情的，要學(xué)會(huì)面對(duì)挫折，要學(xué)會(huì)在失敗中尋找原因，吸取教訓(xùn)，力求下次馬到成功，

更何況，求職者要求面試官尊重自己，自己又給了面試官多少尊重呢?不細(xì)看崗位要求不管自己適合與否，“海投”簡(jiǎn)歷;好不容易HR協(xié)調(diào)好求職者和面試官的會(huì)見(jiàn)時(shí)間，卻又隨意爽約。這樣的“消極面試”不但增加了HR的工作量，也是對(duì)HR的不尊重，對(duì)自己的不尊重，更是對(duì)工作不尊重。

求職者面試爽約的問(wèn)題，也一直是被HR們廣泛關(guān)注和討論的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，此前論壇上就曾有網(wǎng)友討論過(guò)各種“雷人”的面試爽約理由：路太遠(yuǎn)、天太熱、不想出門(mén)、臨時(shí)有事、迷路了、忘記了、失戀了沒(méi)心情、丟了面試單、媽媽覺(jué)得工作不適合我……求職者“放鴿子”的理由千奇百怪，就算因?yàn)榉N種原因無(wú)法前往面試，至少也該回個(gè)電話禮貌性的婉拒面試邀約吧?更有很多求職者甚至連招呼都不打，直到過(guò)了約定時(shí)間，HR打電話詢(xún)問(wèn)時(shí)才匆忙搪塞，更有許多甚至連電話都打不通了。無(wú)怪乎這些HR們也會(huì)郁悶、抓狂。有相關(guān)調(diào)查顯示，現(xiàn)階段HR的平均邀約成功率僅為3成左右，而且很多求職者對(duì)自身的定位并不是很明確，薪水、職位要求過(guò)高等現(xiàn)象也很多。一邊是優(yōu)秀人才難尋，公司對(duì)招聘效果不滿(mǎn)意，一邊是求職者抱怨HR不給自己機(jī)會(huì)，得不到尊重，HR的工作就像夾心餅干，有苦難言。

關(guān)于求職者和HR之間的`矛盾，往往都是公說(shuō)公有理，婆說(shuō)婆有理，很難簡(jiǎn)單做出判定。論壇近期利用微博進(jìn)行了一次投票，有31%的投票者選擇支持求職者，HR的態(tài)度會(huì)影響面試，有12.2%的投票者表示自己經(jīng)常被HR鄙視已經(jīng)習(xí)慣了，分別有2.7%和1.4%的投票者認(rèn)為HR沒(méi)義務(wù)哄求職者開(kāi)心以及已經(jīng)被誤解習(xí)慣了，剩余52.7%的投票者均認(rèn)為其實(shí)雙方各有各的委屈，互相尊重就好了。從投票結(jié)果來(lái)看，大多數(shù)人更傾向于以相互尊重解決問(wèn)題。

對(duì)于求職者來(lái)說(shuō)，首先要擺正的是心態(tài)，在投遞簡(jiǎn)歷之前，應(yīng)該對(duì)自己有較為全面的分析和規(guī)劃，找準(zhǔn)目標(biāo)和定位，然后有針對(duì)的制作和投遞簡(jiǎn)歷，看準(zhǔn)任職要求，這樣不僅能夠節(jié)省HR的時(shí)間，獲得面試機(jī)會(huì)的可能性也更大。而在和HR約定面試時(shí)，一定要根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況和近期的日程安排，給予明確答復(fù)，并詳細(xì)記錄公司地址、面試時(shí)間及聯(lián)系電話，如果時(shí)間安排比較緊，可以和HR商量另約時(shí)間，而不是盲目應(yīng)承。一旦約定了時(shí)間，就要準(zhǔn)時(shí)赴約，如果真有臨時(shí)情況發(fā)生，最好能提前通知到HR，避免對(duì)方空等，也方便對(duì)方另作安排。

My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic allgorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm — Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
