首先我們看一下什么是短而難的句子。這些句子一般都是約定俗成的諺語，是廣大人民群眾智慧的結(jié)晶。既然是結(jié)晶，意思表達(dá)就會較抽象，難以快速把握，需要我們結(jié)合具體語境進(jìn)行深層的把握。同學(xué)們看這一句: it never rains, but pours.這是第四篇閱讀理解的第一句話，相當(dāng)于文章的題眼，其字面意思很簡單：“從來不下雨，但是下傾盆大雨。”很明顯，這不是一句“人類”能識別的漢語，傾盆大雨不是雨嗎?那樣翻譯肯定不行。其實這句話是英語中很有名的諺語：“不雨則已，一雨傾盆”，“不鳴則已，一鳴驚人”。如果描述的是壞事，同學(xué)們可以借鑒第一種譯法，類似于“禍不單行”的意思;如果是好事，同學(xué)們可以借鑒第二種，就是一鳴驚人。同樣的表達(dá)在考研英語的閱讀文章及題目中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)，如第一篇文章最后一題四個選項都是諺語： [A] “It's no use crying over spilt milk”(覆水難收);[B] “More haste, less speed”(欲速則不達(dá));[C] “Look before you leap”(三思而后行);[D] “He who laughs last laughs best”(笑到最后的人笑得最好)。 20第一篇閱讀理解最后一題的四個選項也都是諺語：[A]Faith will move mountains(精誠所至，金石為開);[B] One reap what he sows(種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆);[C]Practice make perfect(熟能生巧);[D]Like father, like son(有其父必有其子)。無一例外的，這兩道題都是以文章的主旨題形式出現(xiàn)的，由此可見諺語在考研中的重要性。其實，這類表達(dá)考查的基本上就是同學(xué)們英語語言的.積累，沒有相應(yīng)的積累，很難將它理解到位。但是有的時候積累只是基礎(chǔ)，還要會靈活運(yùn)用。我們看一下這句話“no pains, no gains”的意思，地球人都知道是不是?但是19的第二篇閱讀的開頭是這樣使用的這句話：“No pains, no gains. What about pains without gains?”意思是：一分耕耘一分收獲。但是如果只有耕耘沒有收獲呢?暗示下文的美國商界的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整做的全部是無用功。

那么我們怎么應(yīng)對這類難句呢?積累?？佳袉卧~書上有很多這類句子，但是不少同學(xué)見到這類句子，總是繞著走，不去記。其實這些東西比單詞好記，記單詞的時候順便記一下就可以。此外，這里需要告誡同學(xué)們一點(diǎn)：記憶日常表達(dá)中經(jīng)常使用的諺語對寫作也會有非常大的幫助，諺語會成為提升作文語言水平的亮點(diǎn)。但是切忌在寫作時胡編亂造。我見一個學(xué)生在考研作文中寫過一個這樣的句子：As one old saying goes, one arrow, two birds.很明顯這位同學(xué)是想表達(dá)“一石二鳥”之意，但是這句話有特定的表達(dá)，不能隨意編造。“Kill two birds with one stone.”才是正確的表達(dá)。還有經(jīng)常威脅人用的“give you a little color to see see.”這類胡編亂造、讓閱卷老師先是迷惑而后震怒的表達(dá)，千萬不要出現(xiàn)在你的試卷上，你那不是拿自己的命運(yùn)開玩笑嗎?即使閱卷老師不能記住每個諺語，以他們的英語修養(yǎng)也可以很快地判斷出你這個表達(dá)符不符合英語表達(dá)習(xí)慣。所以同學(xué)們一定要踏踏實實地復(fù)習(xí)，別想著投機(jī)取巧。

這類句型的特點(diǎn)是，插入成分較多，第一眼看上去絕對讓你頭暈眼花，不知所措。但其實只要去掉那些虛偽的修飾，這個句子“猶抱琵琶半遮面”的神秘感就蕩然無存，句子的結(jié)構(gòu)也就立刻清晰了。那這些虛偽的成分到底是什么呢?就讓我們通過幾個極具代表性的例子來看一下吧。

一眼掃視之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)這個句子挺長的，而且有兩個破折號。兩個破折號，或是兩個逗號之間的內(nèi)容往往是插入語的成分，這種成分的特點(diǎn)就是拎出來之后不影響句子的結(jié)構(gòu)，并且在考研閱讀文章中，這樣的成分又往往不是文中的重點(diǎn)信息，所以應(yīng)該直接跳過對其采取不予理睬的策略。好，句子現(xiàn)在變成了：Although warnings are often appropriate and necessary and many are required by state and government, it isn’t clear that they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured.

這樣一看句子就變成了Although……，it isn’t clear that……，這樣一個主語從句型結(jié)構(gòu)。

這個句子在閱讀的過程中，可以再次簡化，因為Although 引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語從句在閱讀中并不是重點(diǎn)信息，所以我們的目光就可以聚焦到it isn’t clear that they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured.

此句型結(jié)構(gòu)是一個形式主語從句的結(jié)構(gòu)，形容詞clear對應(yīng)的主語其實是that引導(dǎo)的內(nèi)容，在這個從句中我們又發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個引導(dǎo)詞if，這個if 引導(dǎo)的從句包含在that 從句當(dāng)中。

接下來，我們再仔細(xì)看that從句中的內(nèi)容是“they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured”在這個從句當(dāng)中if 所引導(dǎo)的從句是一個條件狀語從句。

通過這樣分析，句子在層層簡化之后就變得非常清晰了。這類句子往往長而不難，原因在于，要么包含了although引導(dǎo)的一個長長的從句，要么就是諸如頭銜、身份、或職位的專有名詞較多，而這些信息在閱讀解題時并不是重要的信息，所以我們一旦遇到這種情況就可以迅速繞過，直擊核心信息。

虛假的長難句可以說是只長不難，句子的主干結(jié)構(gòu)很容易抓住，虛偽信息容易剔除;而考研長難句中，還有一部分是從句嵌套嚴(yán)重所致結(jié)構(gòu)更加復(fù)雜的句型，這種句子的理解難度就會空前地加大。如果把那些虛假長難句比喻成武術(shù)中的容易被破解沒什么殺傷力的“花把勢”，那接下來講的真正的長難句就是內(nèi)外兼修的武林高手了。我們來見識一下吧。

先來看一個例子：

When a new movement in art attains a certain fashion, it is advisable to find out what its advocates are aiming at, for, however farfetched and unreasonable their principles may seem today, it is possible that in years to come they may be regarded as normal.

這是閱讀理解第三篇的第一句話，總共46個單詞，是典型的長難句。但是核心信息就只是其中的12個單詞，考點(diǎn)也是這12個單詞。那么我們該如何去鎖定這個核心信息呢?首先把修飾成分(從句等)一一剝離，剩下的就是句子的主要信息。先找連詞，宏觀上區(qū)分主干部分和修飾部分?？吹綇膶龠B詞when一直到逗號之前只有一個謂語動詞，可知逗號前就是一個從句，when狀語從句，判定為修飾成分，暫時不看。再往后，看到however，引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句，意為“無論，不管(多么……)”。也許有同學(xué)會問，我怎么就知道however是引導(dǎo)從句，還是僅僅表示兩個句子之間的轉(zhuǎn)折呢?其實，很好區(qū)分。如果however后面有逗號的話，就是單純地表示前后句的轉(zhuǎn)折，否定前半句話;如果沒有逗號的話，尤其是后面跟的是形容詞或副詞時(如本句)，那么引導(dǎo)的就是讓步狀語從句，即這句話就不是主要信息了，在閱讀理解中可以繞過。到這里，這個句子就剩下：It is advisable to find out what its advocates are aiming at, for it is possible that in years to come they may be regarded as normal。那么，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)for后面跟的是一個完整的句子，句中有自己的謂語動詞，也就是說，在這里for引導(dǎo)的是原因狀語從句，也是修飾部分。本句中從句嵌套嚴(yán)重，其中最難判斷的從句就是for引導(dǎo)的原因狀語從句，那么在以后的做題過程中，如何更好地把握呢?只要記住一條：for后面如果跟的是名詞或名詞性成分，那么它就是介詞;如果后面跟的是有主

Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.

Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more than a mere competition or contest. Though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, I believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.

In my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.

The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.

One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, "Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. " I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No one ever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldn't forgive myself. I simply couldn't forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, "Why didn't you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? Why didn't you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?"

I was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for I began to understand the word "responsibility" and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.

Later in my life, I continued to experience many failures. But never again did I feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that I have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best I can.

As I grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similar ones, I began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find that society, in a way, was in its formative years like myself. New buildings, new commodities and new fashions appear every day.

New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becoming more competitive.

Words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.

Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.

We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who can't even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars.

We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.

Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.

Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.

Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. Probably I'll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this doesn't discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, it's going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that I will be living.

Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity. But that doesn't discourage us any, because we know that the world watches, the world listens, the world is waiting to see where this nation will be heading in a time of rich opportunities and fierce competition.

I can't ever forget that little girl in my class who couldn't had the same opportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopeful world tomorrow.

It is the sacred responsibility of this generation to face up to the challenges of the new century and to devote our sweat and blood, our wisdom and passion, to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier land for every one of us.

We are not going to evade that responsibility. We are going to let people down. And people, far and near, will hear of us. 五、 活動內(nèi)容及形式

初賽：

由各班英語任課老師開展小型英語演講比賽，選拔2名優(yōu)秀選手代表所在班級參與學(xué)校組織的決賽。

決賽：

演講主題不限，主題涵蓋范圍較廣，選手可在主題范圍內(nèi)自定小標(biāo)題。演講內(nèi)容可涉及學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活中的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，人生觀、價值取向，人與人之間的關(guān)系等方面。文體形式不限，可敘述、可議論、可抒情，但要真實，體現(xiàn)個性。語言風(fēng)格要求生動活潑，有感染力。演講時間：每人三分鐘。

初賽：期中考試之后的第一個星期

決賽：12月21日

八、 活動流程

初賽：各班自行舉辦，提倡辦出特色，辦出水平，推舉優(yōu)秀選手，以保證比賽質(zhì)量。

決賽：

1. 選手演講順序于比賽前一天抽簽決定，參賽選手出場順序按抽簽決定，從小號到大號依次參加比賽。

2. 比賽程序：

A.比賽開始：主持人入場，介紹領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，宣布賽制。

B.選手依次登臺演講。(首先是初中組，其次是高中組)

3. 比賽規(guī)則：

A. 成績計算：評委成績中去掉一個最高分和一個最低分后的平均分為參賽選手的最終成績。

B. 參賽選手的最終成績，從高分到低分依次排列名次，確定獲獎等次。

九、 獎項設(shè)置

共設(shè)置一、二、三等獎。

初中組：一等獎4名;二等獎5名;三等獎5名。

高中組：一等獎3名;二等獎4名;三等獎4名。

十、 活動宣傳

前期宣傳：

在人流量較大地點(diǎn)張貼海報、懸掛條幅等大幅覆蓋面宣傳的同時，利用校廣播臺在賽前進(jìn)行循環(huán)宣傳，鼓勵更多的同學(xué)報名參加，并擴(kuò)大活動的影響力。

后期宣傳：

1、此次比賽全場用DV 紀(jì)錄，比賽結(jié)束后將制作剪輯后的視頻刻碟。

2、有專門的工作人員進(jìn)行拍照留影。

3、還將利用學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)之窗等立體宣傳媒體對此次比賽進(jìn)行全程報道。

評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括演講內(nèi)容、臺風(fēng)及儀表形象、語言應(yīng)用能力等方面。

評分采用100分制, 具體分值如下：

2)姿態(tài)自然，肢體語言適度。

3)發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確。

1)向賽務(wù)組領(lǐng)取統(tǒng)分表、總分表、信封和中性筆，準(zhǔn)備草稿紙。

2)審核最終得分，填寫并轉(zhuǎn)交統(tǒng)分表給主持人宣讀。

3)將選手的最終得分排名制成表格并轉(zhuǎn)交給計時處。

4)統(tǒng)分完畢，將各位選手的評分表分別裝入信封妥善保存。

5)賽前整理參賽選手名單，制作成電子文檔。

一、活動前言：

作為研究生群體，走在各學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)研究的前沿，需要從大量外文文獻(xiàn)中獲取信息，以及做英文文獻(xiàn)匯報等。給研究生同學(xué)英語水平提出很高的要求。為提高大家對英語學(xué)習(xí)的熱情，興趣，使大家充分意識到英語這一交流工具在學(xué)習(xí)溝通中的重要作用，特此舉辦這次英語演講比賽，讓優(yōu)秀的英語學(xué)習(xí)者起個模范帶頭作用，以引領(lǐng)我們學(xué)校的英語學(xué)習(xí)潮流，讓大家充分關(guān)注，重視英語這一語言。同時也是為了迎接北京市英語演講比賽而進(jìn)行的一個選拔。

八、活動目標(biāo)：

成功舉辦這次英語演講比賽，增強(qiáng)我校英語學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍，增強(qiáng)大家學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。

九、活動流程策劃：

(1)宣傳階段：

1、制作宣傳海報，海報制作等需委托研會宣傳部。海報張貼在學(xué)校宣傳欄上。

2、要制作比賽用條幅：內(nèi)容為“‘研’途精彩，‘英’為有你——首屆研究生英語演講大賽”。

3、召集各班班長開會，把通知與報名表格發(fā)送與各班負(fù)責(zé)人，讓負(fù)責(zé)人統(tǒng)計各班參加比賽的人的信息，通知主要包括比賽時間，地點(diǎn)，比賽規(guī)則，獲獎人數(shù)，還有參賽者所要準(zhǔn)備的材料(如演講稿)。同時還要聯(lián)系評委，嘉賓，主持人。要做好班長工作，發(fā)揮班長在宣傳中的作用。

4、讓各班的研會成員在自己班進(jìn)行宣傳。

(2)提交演講稿(比賽前三天要求電子版并發(fā)到研會學(xué)術(shù)部公共郵箱)。演講稿要提前打印出來，供評委老師參閱。此過程大概11月3號截止。

(3)比賽階段：初賽在11月6號進(jìn)行，復(fù)賽在11月13號舉行。比賽開始前演講者需提前半小時入場，以抽簽來決定演講順序。(比賽大致分為以下幾個階段：1、主持人宣布大賽開始。2、嘉賓講話。3、宣讀比賽規(guī)則4、比賽開始。5、統(tǒng)計結(jié)果并頒獎。6、比賽結(jié)束。)。參賽者演講結(jié)束后，評委在特定打分條上打分。初賽只有特定題目演講，而決賽是特定題目演講和自由發(fā)揮(初賽決賽都不能拿稿，初賽只是特定題目演講，決賽要有評委提問對話)。比賽結(jié)束，現(xiàn)場統(tǒng)計分?jǐn)?shù)并宣布比賽結(jié)果。

(4)頒獎儀式：初賽只宣布進(jìn)入決賽人員名單。決賽由主持人宣布獲獎名單，由嘉賓進(jìn)行頒獎。獲獎分一，二，三等獎，分別有1名，2名，3名。

(5)總結(jié)階段：總結(jié)組織經(jīng)驗，找出不足，加以改善。

十、活動中應(yīng)注意問題：

1、比賽開始前提前把演講稿與評分規(guī)則交與評委老師。讓老師對文字部分進(jìn)行一下評比。

2、會場布置要提前進(jìn)行以確保音響完好。

3、演講題目為北京市英語演講題目：Development and Safety。

4、我們的比賽為最終的北京市比賽做一個選拔。我們自己的通知也要做好并及時發(fā)下去。

5、提前做好參賽者信息統(tǒng)計表格，參賽者分?jǐn)?shù)統(tǒng)計表格。

1、宣傳工作：

(1)制作一個長15米內(nèi)容為“‘研’途精彩，‘英’為有你——首屆研究生英語演講大賽”的條幅。

(2)制作大海報兩張和小海報130張，大海報張貼在學(xué)校宣傳欄，小海報在各班分發(fā)和研究生教室和樓層電梯口處張貼。

(3)發(fā)通知于班長，調(diào)動班長宣傳的積極性。

2、收集報名表和演講稿：

報名表分為紙質(zhì)報名表和電子版報名表兩種提交方式。紙質(zhì)報名表由各班負(fù)責(zé)人收齊后在11月3號傍晚7點(diǎn)前交給學(xué)術(shù)部專門人員。電子版在11月3號晚7點(diǎn)前提交到學(xué)術(shù)部公共郵箱。電子版與紙質(zhì)版提交一個就可。

3、比賽現(xiàn)場 (1) 我部成員提前布置比賽場地，檢查音響設(shè)備是否完好! (2) 參賽者提前到場，抽簽決定演講順序。并在演講順序表中簽字。 (3) 請辦公室人員拍照。主持人介紹嘉賓、評委。 (4) 主持人介紹比賽中應(yīng)注意問題。如時間提示，各個打分項等。(有比賽規(guī)則) (5) 嘉賓講話，并宣布比賽開始。 (6) 比賽結(jié)束統(tǒng)計比賽結(jié)果并由主持人宣布獲獎人員，由嘉賓頒獎。

英語演講比賽具體工作說明

1、 活動總負(fù)責(zé)人：胡慶輝、吳彥麗

首先，要非常熟悉活動的整個流程，在活動未開始之前就要能夠清晰的說出各個環(huán)節(jié)的工作;其次，是要很好的掌握好活動的進(jìn)程，協(xié)調(diào)好每個環(huán)節(jié)的工作，了解每個部員活動任務(wù)的進(jìn)展情況并且及時對活動的進(jìn)展報告給部長;再次，如在活動進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)不能解決的問題及時向部長回報，碰到協(xié)調(diào)不了部員及時請部長解決，發(fā)現(xiàn)活動的缺陷及時提出并想出解決的對策。一句話，負(fù)責(zé)整個活動，承擔(dān)整個活動是否成功的責(zé)任。

2、 宣傳工作中的海報，條幅工作：胡慶輝、吳彥麗

第一、 與宣傳部協(xié)商海報的制作，由宣傳部交給交給打印社打印。

第二、 學(xué)術(shù)部將海報條幅從打印社取來，并負(fù)責(zé)海報張貼，條幅懸掛。

第三、清楚制作海報、條幅的價格，以及定好條幅的長寬比例以及條幅的內(nèi)容。

3、 通知，報名表和演講稿收集工作：張苗苗、楊濟(jì)平、何海蛟

通知人員向部長要每個班負(fù)責(zé)人的聯(lián)系方式，之后最好是每個班的班長或副班長都親自見一面，向其說明活動的主要內(nèi)容同時交一份部門已經(jīng)制作好的通知和參賽者信息統(tǒng)計表給班長或各班負(fù)責(zé)人，再將已經(jīng)制作好的小海報分發(fā)給各班班長。注意一定要和各班的負(fù)責(zé)人保持聯(lián)系!通知由吳彥麗負(fù)責(zé)撰寫，并打印出來。演講稿和報名表的收集工作，每個通知人員都要給各班的負(fù)責(zé)人講清楚收集的截至?xí)r間和的上交途徑。通知由張苗苗負(fù)責(zé)下發(fā)。報名表和演講稿由何海蛟收集。

說明：在通知的時候一定要說明研會現(xiàn)在的活動都跟優(yōu)秀班集體的評選掛鉤。

4、 海報的張貼以及條幅的懸掛：胡慶輝、吳彥麗 小海報的分發(fā)工作已經(jīng)在通知工作中安排好了，大海報由吳艷麗張貼一張在女生宿舍樓前的宣傳欄內(nèi)，由胡慶輝張貼一張在男生公寓樓前的宣傳欄內(nèi)。由胡慶輝，吳彥麗兩人除將小海報分發(fā)到各班負(fù)責(zé)人外，還需負(fù)責(zé)將剩余海報張貼在4教的各個研究生教室門口，還有主教的研究生教室門口。條幅由胡慶輝、謝松汕兩人負(fù)責(zé)懸掛在足球場的護(hù)欄上。

5、 物質(zhì)采購工作：何海蛟、吳迪

采購本次活動除條幅，海報外的所有物資。主要有以下物品，獲獎人員的證書，獎品(證書由楊濟(jì)平負(fù)責(zé)填寫)、礦泉水(農(nóng)夫山泉)、在辦理上述工作的時候注意要開發(fā)票，特殊情況下不能開發(fā)票的可以向組織者說明，能開發(fā)票的情況下問及多開的金額需要增加多少稅金再考慮是否加開發(fā)票金額，所有物品買回后要提交一張詳細(xì)的購物清單，購買物品之前先問吳彥麗價格范圍再進(jìn)行購買防止超出預(yù)算。嘉賓禮品為有中國特色的禮品，評委老師每人一份，獎杯需訂做。禮品獎杯由何海蛟，吳迪負(fù)責(zé)。

6、 獲獎證書制作：鄭晗

擬定獲獎證書的內(nèi)容，并進(jìn)行格式排版，最后打印。(獲獎人姓名由楊濟(jì)平在比賽后填寫)

7、 評分條的制作：胡慶輝

擬定評分規(guī)則和評分的項目，并做一表格，最后打印，用于評委評分。

8、 抽簽牌的制作：楊濟(jì)平

負(fù)責(zé)制作抽簽牌和簽筒，簽牌個數(shù)根據(jù)參賽人數(shù)而定。

9、 嘉賓及評委的邀請工作：馬宏志，梁張華 制作正式的邀請函，并拿著邀請函去請評委。留下評委的聯(lián)系方式，保持和評委的聯(lián)系，避免出現(xiàn)評委缺席后無法更換的現(xiàn)象。

10、 現(xiàn)場比賽工作安排：全體學(xué)術(shù)部成員

1、演講現(xiàn)場播放PPT負(fù)責(zé)人：謝松汕。按活動順序做一個PPT，第一部分為歡迎部分，第二個部分為演講稿部分，按演講順序。第三個部分為致謝部分。

2、條幅懸掛負(fù)責(zé)人：胡慶輝、謝松汕。懸掛條幅。

3、音響設(shè)備負(fù)責(zé)人：謝松汕，蔡俊。負(fù)責(zé)音響別出差錯。

4、板報負(fù)責(zé)人：楊濟(jì)平。負(fù)責(zé)書寫黑板上的粉筆字。

5、抽簽負(fù)責(zé)人：孟靜。負(fù)責(zé)演講者的抽簽，并記錄演講順序。

6、拍照負(fù)責(zé)人：辦公室一名人員和我部門王展。負(fù)責(zé)活動現(xiàn)場拍照。

7、主持人：鄭晗和其他部門一位女支持人。負(fù)責(zé)主持工作，主要是介紹嘉賓，評委，比賽中需要注意的事項。支持人可先寫個稿子熟悉一下。

8、演講者限制時間負(fù)責(zé)人：蔡俊。演講總時間為3分鐘，還有30秒時提醒演講者。防止用時過多。既違背比賽規(guī)則，又耽誤比賽進(jìn)程。

Hi. I'm here to talk to you about the importance of praise, admiration and thank you, and having it be specific and genuine.

And I asked myself, why? I felt shy, I felt embarrassed. And then my question became, am I the only one who does this? So, I decided to investigate.

I'm fortunate enough to work in the rehab facility, so I get to see people who are facing life and death with addiction. And sometimes it comes down to something as simple as, their core wound is their father died without ever saying he's proud of them. But then, they hear from all the family and friends that the father told everybody else that he was proud of him, but he never told the son. It's because he didn't know that his son needed to hear it.

So my question is, why don't we ask for the things that we need? I know a gentleman, married for 25 years, who's longing to hear his wife say, "Thank you for being the breadwinner, so I can stay home with the kids," but won't ask. I know a woman who's good at this. She, once a week, meets with her husband and says, "I'd really like you to thank me for all these things I did in the house and with the kids." And he goes, "Oh, this is great, this is great." And praise really does have to be genuine, but she takes responsibility for that. And a friend of mine, April, who I've had since kindergarten, she thanks her children for doing their chores. And she said, "Why wouldn't I thank it, even though they're supposed to do it?"

So, the question is, why was I blocking it? Why were other people blocking it? Why can I say, "I'll take my steak medium rare, I need size six shoes," but I won't say, "Would you praise me this way?" And it's because I'm giving you critical data about me. I'm telling you where I'm insecure. I'm telling you where I need your help. And I'm treating you, my inner circle, like you're the enemy. Because what can you do with that data? You could neglect me. You could abuse it. Or you could actually meet my need.

I get the same bike back, and they've taken all the little warps out of those same wheels I've had for two and a half years, and my bike is like new. So, I'm going to challenge all of you. I want you to true your wheels: be honest about the praise that you need to hear. What do you need to hear? Go home to your wife -- go ask her, what does she need? Go home to your husband -- what does he need? Go home and ask those questions, and then help the people around you.
