(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，等到用的時候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般一單元要花兩個星期時間來教，第一個星期重點背誦單詞，按教學進度熟讀所教課文;第二個星期重點背誦課文，可以分段背誦，等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。

單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據(jù)讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家作業(yè)布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒學生記憶這些單詞。一般，每次的單詞量為5個左右，方便學生記憶。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業(yè)，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什么關系，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他負債累累，應付不過來，學習處于被動狀態(tài)，從而影響了以后的學習，出現(xiàn)退步現(xiàn)象。因此，請大家在家里督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習慣。

整體來說，我們班的孩子上課聽講狀態(tài)和作業(yè)完成情況比較好。因為我們學生學習英語的機會應該說非常有限好非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學，另一方面許多孩子沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣和把握重點的學習時間。特別是對于英語來說，它是一門沒有任何捷徑可循的科目，想要去的好成績必須要求學生多背多做。

下面我就兩個大方面和家長們交流一些英語學習需要注意的方面：第一是針對英語成績相對比較薄弱的孩子。

1.上課要專注?？荚嚠斨械囊恍┲仉y點都市都是在課堂上講解的，如果孩子一不留神很容易錯過一些重點的知識，因此上課時一定要集中精神。

2.作業(yè)一定要獨立認真完成。不可否認每次作業(yè)都會有幾個同學不認真甚至抄襲其他同學的，這樣的話他們根本不知道哪些知識掌握住了，哪些是沒有的。

3.養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。第一就是早晨養(yǎng)成讀課文，復習昨天所學知識的習慣。我覺得這一方面很重要，但是大部分的孩子都沒有做好。英語本身就是一門語言，只有多讀，多看，多背才會形成自我的語感。第二就是養(yǎng)成不懂就問，不要疑問成為歷史遺留問題。第三就是養(yǎng)成寫糾錯本的習慣，這是學生復習的一個很好的工具，因為寫錯的基本上就是沒有掌握住的，只有把錯題弄懂弄會才能得提高。

半年的共同學習，使我半喜半憂，喜的是，我們高一三班的學生都很聰明，接受能力強，學習起來顯得很輕松，讓我覺得憂慮的是：部分孩子對英語不太重視。（包括與個別家長的交流中，發(fā)現(xiàn)有家長也未重視）可能這里也包含許多家長覺得英語不太好輔導，你說語文數(shù)學吧，還懂點，這英語吧，還真是不好不懂裝懂，所以導致相當一部分的孩子英語基礎打得很不牢，個別的孩子甚至拼讀、書寫、背誦等學習英語的好習慣還沒有很好的養(yǎng)成，需要從頭開始。但是，孩子們上課時的專注同時也讓我感到欣喜。認真的孩子一定能把英語學好！

新教材與初中的教材跨度很大，要求也上了幾個臺階，對孩子們具有比較大的難度。細心的家長可能就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，高中的課本和初中的課本相比，無論是從詞匯量，語法還是課文篇幅的長短都有了明顯的區(qū)別，初中的內容相當簡單，它簡直就是三年級知識的鞏固，稍微有所延伸，而高一一下子就接觸并需要掌握兩種時態(tài)。所以，有些同學很不能適應，初中學得輕松，還考好成績，怎么到了高一不行了，這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。在這里，我要點名表揚幾位學生，她們學習態(tài)度端正，上課認真，書寫工整，正因為如此，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績。另外我還要提幾個同學，他們的潛力很大，但因為還不夠認真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導下能夠及時完成我布置的任務，那么一定能學好。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹?shù)膶W習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

目前的形勢決定了英語學科的重要性，請各位家長務必重視英語這一學科，你們思想上重視了，無形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在英語課堂上，大部分學生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實這也制造了一種假象，學生認為自己常常被老師提問，認為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認為自己的英語學得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。

那么在課后學生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補回來呢？英語畢竟不是我們自己的語言，大多數(shù)學生除了英語課其余時間根本就不會想到要說英語，所以，在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。學好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

首先說一下聽，每個學生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請各位家長檢查一下自己的子女的英語磁帶，有多少學生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。不要說另外買什么英語聽力磁帶或者英語學習的碟片了，連自己手頭的磁帶都不去聽，光靠上課聽一點點的磁帶，學生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會聽就不能說，而說白了，學了英語就是要說，那不是白學了么？聽錄音機跟讀，目的應該是兩種，一種同學是上課沒有完全消化，聽錄音是補充學習的過程，另外一種是提高自己的聽力和口語表達能力，要學生盡力地去模仿錄音機里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個層次。

接下來是說，英語是一門語言，學了就是要說，要和別人交流。我們學的英語不應該是啞巴英語，要讓每個學生學會勇敢地說出來。在課上我會用各種方法來刺激學生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學生也確實做得很好?？墒前嗉壚锶硕?，對每個人來說，說的機會就少。所以下課也要說；放學回家也要說。在學校，我鼓勵學生把所學的英語對話運用到生活中去，這樣有更真實的情景，更能讓學生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長也能鼓勵學生說英語，也許你會說你自己也聽不懂，請不要這樣想，其實學生需要是你的鼓勵，你聽了他們說的只要簡單表揚一句，他們就會很滿足了。有時候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學生反過來教你，他們會覺得很自豪，因為自己所學得派上了用場。

接下來是讀。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神?！睂W英語也是這樣，很多家長也明白，學英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，還是寫文章，都很輕松，很簡單了。那么語感怎么來呢？就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習慣，這是學英語的最基本的學習習慣了。每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語，哪怕有時候時間來不及了，即使是遲到也要讀，并且每天都堅持，絕不因任何原因間斷。無論什么事情都貴在堅持嘛。如果你的子女還沒有養(yǎng)成這樣的學習習慣，請你一定要督促他，剛開始也許會比較難，時間久了，就會習慣成自然。就像早上起來要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語當作每天必做的一件事。

各位家長下午好：

很高興能有這樣一個機會，能和大家進行面對面的交流。我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英語任課教師，我姓趙。下面我就我們英語學習方面說我一些真實的感言：

在英語課堂上，大部分學生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實這也制造了一種假象，學生認為自己常常被老師提問，認為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認為自己的英語學得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。

那么在課后學生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補回來呢？英語畢竟不是我們自己的語言，大多數(shù)學生除了英語課其余時間根本就不會想到要說英語，所以，在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。學好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

首先說一下聽，每個學生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請各位家長檢查一下自己的子女的英語磁帶，有多少學生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。不要說另外買什么英語聽力磁帶或者英語學習的碟片了，連自己手頭的磁帶都不去聽，光靠上課聽一點點的磁帶，學生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會聽就不能說，而說白了，學了英語就是要說，那不是白學了么？我每天叫學生回家要跟錄音機讀二十分鐘的英語，可是有多少學生真地做到了呢？聽錄音機跟讀，不是鸚鵡學舌，聽見什么就跟著說什么。所讀的知識已經(jīng)學過了，跟錄音機讀應該是提高自己的聽力和口語表達能力，要學生盡力地去模仿錄音機里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個層次。

接下來是說，英語是一門語言，學了就是要說，要和別人交流。我們學的英語不應該是啞巴英語，要讓每個學生學會勇敢地說出來。在課上我會用各種方法來刺激學生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學生也確實做得很好?？墒前嗉壚锶硕?，對每個人來說，說的機會就少。所以下課也要說；放學回家也要說。在學校，我鼓勵學生把所學的英語對話運用到生活中去，這樣有更真實的情景，更能讓學生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長也能鼓勵學生說英語，也許你會說你自己也聽不懂，請不要這樣想，其實學生需要是你的鼓勵，你聽了他們說的只要簡單表揚一句，他們就會很滿足了。有時候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學生反過來教你，他們會覺得很自豪，因為自己所學得派上了用場。

接下來是讀。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神?！睂W英語也是這樣，很多家長也明白，學英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，還是寫文章，都很輕松，很簡單了。那么語感怎么來呢？就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的.習慣，這是學英語的最基本的學習習慣了。我剛開始學英語的時候就是這樣的，每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語，哪怕有時候時間來不及了，即使是遲到也要讀，并且每天都堅持，絕不因任何原因間斷。無論什么事情都貴在堅持嘛。如果你的子女還沒有養(yǎng)成這樣的學習習慣，請你一定要督促他，剛開始也許會比較難，時間久了，就會習慣成自然。就像早上起來要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語當作每天必做的一件事。

最后是寫。二年級英語已經(jīng)對學生有一定的書寫要求。首先是單詞，單詞是句子，段落，課文的最基本組成單位。背單詞是學英語的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過就容易會忘記，所以要不斷的背，不斷的翻新，這是沒有辦法的。我要求學生在背單詞的時候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要動起來，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。還有句型，二年級所接觸的巨型都是很簡單的日常用語。學生應該在課上領會句型的意思和運用方法。可后還需要通過多讀課文，多練習才能鞏固所學的句型。所以請各位家長不光要注重孩子背單詞的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

總而言之，請各位家長多關注孩子們的英語學習，讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的英語學習習慣。家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。與其在期末時看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分數(shù)，還不如在平時就多關心孩子學習的過程。不是要說注重過程嘛。還希望家校攜手共同提高孩子們的英語學習水平。我要講的就是這些，謝謝！

im still thinking about his words, and theyve changed the weeds in the garden. im spending more time with my family and friends and less time in committee meetings. whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experience to savour, not endure. im trying to recognize these moment now and cherish them.

im not saving anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special. event such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, the first camellia blossom… i wear my good blazer to the market if i feel like it. my theory is if i look prosperous, i can shell out . 49 for one small bag of groceries without wincing. im not saving my good perfume for special parties s; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in banks have noses that function as well as my party going friends.

someday and one of these days are losing their grip on my vocabulary. if its worth seeing or hearing or doing, i want to see and hear and do it now. im not sure what my sister wouldve done had she know that she wouldnt be here for the tomorrow we all take for granted.

i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fences for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know.

its those little things left undone that would make me angry if i knew that my hours were limited. angry because i put off seeing good friends whom i was going to get in touch with someday. angry because i hadnt written certain letters that i intended to write one of these days. angry and sorry that i didnt tell my husband and daughter often enough how much i truly love them.

im trying very hard not to put off, hold back, or save anything that would add laughter and luster to our lives. and every morning when i open my eyes, i tell myself that every day, every minute, every breath truly, is... a gift from god.

I have got quite different experience from other girls。While they were playing toys at home，while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story 。I was running in the hard rain，jumping in the heavy snow，pitching in the strong wind。Nothing could stop me ，because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete。Yeah ，of course ，I"m an athlete，I"m so proud of that all the time 。

When I was 10 years old ，I became a shot-put athlete。The training was really hard ，I couldn"t bear the heavy shot in my hands 。But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves"。During those hard days，I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age。To be an athlete is my most correct choice。But，I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse。I really didn"t want to stop my sports career anyway。

Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ，today and tomorrow 。I still have a dream 。It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul。

I have a dream that one day ，I can run，jump and pitch just like I used to be。
