歷時(shí)2天的復(fù)試，包括了10日上午的體檢，10日下午的英語聽力和政治考試，11日上午的英語口語面試，管理知識(shí)和綜合素質(zhì)面試。題目可以說都不是很難，只是需要時(shí)間等待，需要及時(shí)的應(yīng)對(duì)。

在報(bào)道的時(shí)候，學(xué)院已經(jīng)分好組了，我是在D3組。后來了解了一下，我們組大部分都是調(diào)劑過來的。原來第一志愿報(bào)xx并且能夠通過初試的只有86個(gè)人，

現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行復(fù)試的是168個(gè)，調(diào)劑的也都占了一半了。

10日下午3點(diǎn)開始聽力考試。C/D組的英語的聽力和政治安排在xxxx教室考。由于怕老師的收音機(jī)效果不好，我自己還帶了一個(gè)小收音機(jī)。聽力是25道題目，每一題2分，覺得或許是太久沒有訓(xùn)練了，有幾段還沒有捕捉到什么關(guān)鍵詞語就完了，結(jié)果我也只好瞎懵，聯(lián)想哪個(gè)有關(guān)憑映象亂勾。覺得好笑，停筆等老師收卷的時(shí)候，我環(huán)顧四周看了一下，最后一題的答案選什么的都有，看來大家都是瞎懵的?。海┱问墙又嫉?，寫一篇定題作文，題目是“論品牌經(jīng)濟(jì)”。暈，對(duì)于我這種非常門外漢的人來說，一看到這個(gè)題目，還真的無法下手，想了一下，就順著之前準(zhǔn)備的企業(yè)如何在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)主義中發(fā)展的一些思路，自我發(fā)揮了。2個(gè)小時(shí)的政治時(shí)間，我大概用了1個(gè)小時(shí)40多分吧，檢查了一下，沒有什么就交了。我的字寫的比較大，間距也比較大，也是為了老師能夠看得舒服一點(diǎn)吧，最后寫了5頁，文章自己還基本滿意，回家上網(wǎng)查了，關(guān)于品牌經(jīng)濟(jì)定義上自己把握的也沒有太大的偏差。或許是上午體檢的時(shí)候，在沒有吃早餐的前提下（因?yàn)橐檠┳呗返綎|校園的，而且由于校醫(yī)室搬了，多走了很多冤枉路，消耗了大量的體力，反正覺得很累。

由于11號(hào)上午是8點(diǎn)20開始復(fù)試，10號(hào)早早睡覺，11號(hào)6點(diǎn)半就起來了。到西大還不到8點(diǎn)，我熟悉了一下面試的各個(gè)教室，分英語口語面試考場(chǎng)和A,B,C,D四組管理面試的考場(chǎng)。來得比較早，都沒有幾個(gè)人，然后也沒有什么事情干，靜靜坐在教室，看著不停的有考生進(jìn)來，呵呵，基本上男男女女都是正裝啊，想想昨天我還是休閑的學(xué)生打扮，今天居然也是打扮得貌似精英了。分組坐好，聽老師交代一些注意事項(xiàng)，別好自己的號(hào)碼牌，填寫基本信息表，接著又是漫長(zhǎng)的等待。

英語口語我是準(zhǔn)備了一個(gè)自我介紹的，其它的我想就自我發(fā)揮吧。9點(diǎn)50多吧，終于輪到我們組了。英語面試在外面是設(shè)了2把椅子，一把是在面試考場(chǎng)的門口，一把是在等待室的門口?？紙?chǎng)的人一出來，面試考場(chǎng)門口的人就進(jìn)去，等待室的人就到面試考場(chǎng)門口就座，按照組分好的小號(hào)依次。我是我們組第二個(gè)，前面的小孫，才進(jìn)去一下下，馬上就出來了。啊，那么快？還容不得我想那么多，我已經(jīng)進(jìn)到了考場(chǎng)里面?？脊?個(gè)人，進(jìn)去，鞠躬，Good morning!老師也很客氣，Morning!語音是相對(duì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，好聽。問了3個(gè)問題吧，一個(gè)是say something my job，一個(gè)是do you like your job，一個(gè)是after graducate mba,do you change your job?問題的表述大概是這樣，不是很記得了，我也依照說了一些，不過說的時(shí)候漏了一個(gè)單詞，我發(fā)現(xiàn)第一個(gè)問題的回答老師都沒有怎么聽得懂那個(gè)意思，或許有點(diǎn)緊張吧，后面的基本上也是說了一些，說得很好談不上，后來想想應(yīng)該有很多可以說的，還是平時(shí)的基本訓(xùn)練不扎實(shí)說的太少，因?yàn)榭谡Z本來就是一個(gè)基本的技能，基本上是無法準(zhǔn)備的。說完，我覺得時(shí)間很快，也許也就2，3分鐘，老師就示意可以走了，我thanks后就出來了。大家都很快就在教室集中了，都在談?dòng)⒄Z面試的過程，我們組的口語水平也是有好有壞，有些一連幾個(gè)問題都是sorry I don’t know，因?yàn)槎紱]有聽懂老師在說什么，有些是問題或許回答不好，老師就給了一段文章來念，有的也是同老師談的比較投機(jī)，我還算是表現(xiàn)一般吧。

大家都聊得差不多了，時(shí)間才是10點(diǎn)20分。接下來還是等待，11點(diǎn)20才

開始的管理面試，還好我備了很多伊口蓮，給組員們沖沖饑，大家吃得很開心，也許是管理面試大家一起進(jìn)去的吧，所以大家還是都相對(duì)來說輕松的。10點(diǎn)45分，老師進(jìn)來了，通知我們組，因?yàn)榍耙唤M有2個(gè)人放棄了復(fù)試，所以時(shí)間快了，馬上讓我們準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)考場(chǎng)。時(shí)間提前了，一下子開始有點(diǎn)興奮，可以早點(diǎn)也意味著可以早點(diǎn)結(jié)束，早點(diǎn)解決肚子問題。依次號(hào)碼排排隊(duì)進(jìn)考場(chǎng)。

一個(gè)大的圓桌，對(duì)面坐著4個(gè)老師。我們就坐在對(duì)面。給老師基本信息表，接著每個(gè)人發(fā)了一張印有案例的紙。規(guī)則就是，每個(gè)人5分鐘的思考時(shí)間，接著按順序自我闡述觀點(diǎn)3－5分鐘，結(jié)束后小組討論，11點(diǎn)58分的時(shí)候給出一個(gè)小組討論的統(tǒng)一結(jié)果，最后由老師對(duì)每個(gè)人提問。案例還好，不算太難，標(biāo)題是“是否不惜一切代價(jià)？”講述的是一個(gè)快遞公司的職員nick在一個(gè)圣誕雪夜，要把一份100元的包裹，送到一個(gè)很高的山頂上去。但是由于大雪封山了，無法徒步上山；大雪破壞了通訊線路，同包裹主人聯(lián)系不上；圣誕夜，自己的主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)無法聯(lián)系上。而該公司一貫的理念就是“不惜一切代價(jià)，要讓顧客滿意”，要送包裹唯一的方式就是要由nick租一輛直升飛機(jī)，而花費(fèi)需要5000美元，對(duì)于如此大的價(jià)格懸殊問題有2個(gè)：1、假如你是nick，你該怎么辦，你會(huì)不惜一切代價(jià)送包裹么？2、假如你是nick的主管，第二天你應(yīng)該如何處理5000美元的報(bào)銷問題。我的觀點(diǎn)是要不惜代價(jià)送包裹，5000美元是全額報(bào)銷。自我闡述和小組討論都蠻順利，整個(gè)小組的討論，包括組織都很有秩序，最后也拿出了一個(gè)小組統(tǒng)一的方案?？偨Y(jié)完后，就是到了個(gè)人提問的時(shí)間，老師基本上問的是一號(hào)和7號(hào)，我是后面才問到的.“將在外，軍令有所不從”如何理解，我覺得我這個(gè)題是答的不好，后來在老師的引導(dǎo)下，基本上算是答案完整吧。老師最后對(duì)我們的評(píng)語是討論的氣氛比較活躍，小組組織的不錯(cuò)，應(yīng)該老師還是相對(duì)來說滿意的。出了考場(chǎng)已經(jīng)是12點(diǎn)30多了，門口等待的小組老師說你們組好久啊。呵呵，估計(jì)老師早已經(jīng)饑腸轆轆了。

到此復(fù)試算是結(jié)束了，總結(jié)一下，平時(shí)的基本素質(zhì)的積累非常的重要，對(duì)于我來說管理，經(jīng)濟(jì)的知識(shí)我真的是一片空白的，學(xué)習(xí)還是急需，對(duì)于有一點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)的英語呢，在會(huì)考試的前提下還是重在使用吧。MBA應(yīng)該是一個(gè)很有價(jià)值學(xué)習(xí)的，做好努力學(xué)習(xí)的準(zhǔn)備，聽說非常的辛苦，特別是在職學(xué)習(xí)。

So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year's hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation' funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.
