五、在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中，無(wú)時(shí)不涉及實(shí)踐、思考和知識(shí)這三個(gè)基本問題，醫(yī)生的成，成長(zhǎng)的快慢，以及所能達(dá)到的程度，實(shí)際與這三者的認(rèn)識(shí)，特別是三者的自覺結(jié)合，密切相關(guān)。

解決實(shí)際問題才能或本領(lǐng)只能在實(shí)踐中得到。學(xué)習(xí)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)時(shí)刻不能脫離臨床實(shí)踐。臨床醫(yī)學(xué)的許多問題，聽來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單，但千變?nèi)f化，只能在與病人接觸，在為病人服務(wù)的過程中，才能逐漸懂得，并有較深刻的體會(huì)。醫(yī)學(xué)院校畢業(yè)后的最初幾年是關(guān)鍵階段，在這一時(shí)期可以在工作、學(xué)習(xí)和督促自己提高等方面養(yǎng)成許多良好的習(xí)慣，終生受益，但也有可能不自覺的形成了不好的習(xí)慣。重視實(shí)踐，真人從實(shí)踐中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，是能否更快成長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)。

思考是有目的的一種探索，透過表面現(xiàn)象去理解事物的本質(zhì)，是“去粗取精，去偽存真，由此及彼由表及里”，是一種創(chuàng)造性的腦力勞動(dòng)，一名醫(yī)生必須不斷提高自己的臨床思維能力，而思維能力只能通過自己的思考不斷總結(jié)自己的思考是否正確，方能得到提高，臨床思維能力在，臨床實(shí)踐中必有提高。

知識(shí)的作用在于運(yùn)用，運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐，運(yùn)用于思考，重視知識(shí)而不去運(yùn)用的醫(yī)師并不少見，我們都有這樣的體會(huì)，即一般地學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)很容易忘掉，相反，為了解決實(shí)際問題去思考去尋求的知識(shí)則可以記得很牢固，成為自己才能的一部分，所以一刻也不要忘記在實(shí)踐、思考中運(yùn)用知識(shí)，要把學(xué)知識(shí)改為學(xué)本領(lǐng)，本領(lǐng)需要知識(shí)，但知識(shí)不是本領(lǐng)。

總結(jié)：
