正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個經(jīng)營單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負(fù)責(zé)在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男呐c一份嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度。首先，這就表現(xiàn)在嚴(yán)格固定的上班時間。我的上班時間是早上8點到中午12點半，晚上是7點到10點半。超市服務(wù)員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達(dá)上班地點站崗了，而且一站就是幾個小時，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時間，也就是上廁所的時間。而且，作為一個合格的超市服務(wù)員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當(dāng)?shù)难a貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產(chǎn)品拿來補到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補貨，要看著點的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當(dāng)然，不是每時每刻都有貨上的。有時，貨架上的貨物都補齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個閑不能表現(xiàn)出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個懶惰的員工的。所以，這個時候還得負(fù)責(zé)所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的相關(guān)知識。比如我負(fù)責(zé)的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關(guān)知識，包括熱量，價格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當(dāng)顧客問到相關(guān)問題時，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。
