第一，心態(tài)平衡法?？荚嚲範幨旨ち?，不僅是知識的比拼，也是心理的較量，更是意志力的磨練。面試時的心態(tài)特別重要，參加面試前考生會到聽許多這樣的話：樹立信心，不要緊張，放開放松。具體的實施過程應該是做到一高一低：士氣上高我肯定比對手強;目標上低把成功幾率降低，把一定要上調(diào)整為不一定能上，盡力而為，過程比結(jié)果更重要，參加面試權(quán)當鍛煉自我，這樣，就能丟掉包袱，輕松上陣。

1、制定頒布青協(xié)章程。正所謂“無規(guī)矩不成方圓”。雖說青協(xié)有一套不成文的規(guī)則紀律約束成員行為，分配部門工作。但畢竟其未明確制定公布，所以，在日常工作中還是出現(xiàn)問題，如：進退協(xié)會自由，部門分工模糊。為此，一定要制定詳細章程，使青協(xié)管理更規(guī)范化、合理化。

2、協(xié)調(diào)三大服務基地工作。上學期，在青協(xié)全體成員的共同努力下，我們的服務基地由過去的一個增至如今的三個。很顯然，我們的工作量增大了，工作難度加強了。如何在有限的人員下分配好三個服務基地的工作，如何在附中附小開展服務活動，如何繼續(xù)搞好我們的老服務基地——培智學校，這都是要一一解決的。

3、加強宣傳力度。平時前輩總是教導我們這些小輩“做人要低調(diào)”。但伴隨著社會節(jié)奏越來越快，生活越來越喧囂。低調(diào)似乎已不適合這個社會。就像青協(xié)的工作確實做了不少，可卻收效甚微。每次活動，我們的志愿者是如火如荼的工作，但對于那些旁觀者而言，總有一種“讓志愿者做他們的事吧，與我無關?！钡奈兜馈Ｖ驹刚叩哪康牟粌H僅是幫助他人解決困難，其最終目的是，讓這種幫助傳遞下去，讓志愿者無私奉獻的精神傳遞下去，最后達到人人互助，人人都是志愿者的和諧的社會。所以，活動前就要做好宣傳工作，與校報、社會媒體保持密聯(lián)系。讓以往只有志愿者參與的活動，做到班班可參加、系系都參與。

4、高校志愿者強強聯(lián)合。隨著中國步入國際大國的行列，中國與國際逐漸接軌，開始國與國之間強強聯(lián)合，實現(xiàn)雙贏。我認為青協(xié)也可以這樣。我們可以通過邯鄲青年志愿者協(xié)會，建立邯鄲高校大學生青年志愿者聯(lián)合協(xié)會，一旦某學校有活動，所有高校志愿者都可以去參與，這不僅使活動人員增多，還可以使活動波及的范圍擴大，使志愿者精神傳達的更廣泛，做到資源共享、彼此雙贏。如果實現(xiàn)全邯鄲高校聯(lián)合有困難，那我們至少做到河北工程大學青協(xié)聯(lián)合。因為團結(jié)就是力量。

5、創(chuàng)新老的活動。既然是創(chuàng)新老活動，肯定這個活動有它的可取之處。而創(chuàng)新則意味著它需要一種更好的方式去傳遞其精神。這就要我們廣開言路、集思廣益。用一種新的想法去詮釋舊問題。

以上就是我的一些簡單想法。說到這里，有些同學可能會說，“想法不錯，可是你一個小女生怎能擔當起這么大的重任。等困難擺在你面前時，你只有臨陣脫逃的份。”其實，這就像我們愛一個人，不管面對怎樣的困難，家庭阻撓也好，意外災禍也罷，都不能動搖你愛著他的那顆心，你會一如既往的做著和他有關的任何事。原因很簡單，因為你愛著他。我對青協(xié)亦是如此。我深深愛著青協(xié)，愛著青協(xié)像家一樣溫馨的氛圍。所以，不管多大困難擺在我面前，我都不會臨陣脫逃，況且，半途而廢，不是我的作風！
