教師崗位一年里，雖然教學(xué)方法還不是很成熟，但我已在教學(xué)中學(xué)到了很多。我經(jīng)常思考幼兒英語的教學(xué)方法，學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，以及組織與我們農(nóng)村學(xué)校相符合的教學(xué)活動(dòng)。我也明白自身的學(xué)識(shí)不代表教學(xué)的好壞，教學(xué)是一項(xiàng)細(xì)致的工作，也是注重技巧的工作，于是我常常想把教學(xué)當(dāng)成一門藝術(shù)來研究。所以我積極參與每次的教研活動(dòng)，吸取前輩的教訓(xùn)和專家的指導(dǎo)，總結(jié)出自己的想法。

提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，還要做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作。幼兒學(xué)生愛動(dòng)、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在學(xué)習(xí)上不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，有的學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)。針對這種問題，抓好學(xué)生的思想教育，并使這一工作貫徹到對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)中去，還要做好對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的輔導(dǎo)和幫助工作，尤其在后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化上，對后進(jìn)生努力做到從友善開始，比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的頭，或幫助整理衣服。從贊美著手，所有的人都渴望得到別人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交談時(shí)，對他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，還有在批評學(xué)生之前，先談?wù)勛约汗ぷ鞯牟蛔恪?/p>

模樣：瓜子臉扁鼻子，手大腳大像爸爸。是遺傳噢長頭發(fā)黑眼珠像媽媽。有點(diǎn)高不矮，1。67有點(diǎn)胖不瘦。47公斤，嘿嘿，胖吧！

優(yōu)點(diǎn)：從幼兒園到現(xiàn)在，有將近30本獎(jiǎng)狀。每次一考完期末考試選學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)兵，三好學(xué)生的時(shí)候，一大堆同學(xué)就已經(jīng)在喃喃道：“這次的學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)兵準(zhǔn)是周巧萍?！甭犕旰?，我不禁在一旁偷笑。不過想起大考前那幾個(gè)月，真是慘不忍睹。不說學(xué)校布置的作業(yè)，就光說家庭作業(yè)就每天規(guī)定做3張?jiān)嚲?，語文數(shù)學(xué)英語各一張，一天一篇日記。到了晚上，好不容易熬完這些作業(yè)，要是碰上媽媽不高興，興許還要讀一個(gè)單元課文。要是到了要和市里統(tǒng)考的時(shí)候，更是……天哪，我這還是在說我優(yōu)點(diǎn)嘛？怎么說到說到變成我大考前受難的事啦？

缺點(diǎn)：說起我的缺點(diǎn)，比優(yōu)點(diǎn)還多，3天3夜也說不完。除了老師每次在學(xué)生手冊上的評語是上課不愛舉手，上課搞小動(dòng)作，有點(diǎn)驕傲自滿，還有愛捉弄同學(xué)以外，我家長也給我總結(jié)了幾條：學(xué)習(xí)不自覺、腦細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)不過彎、好吃貪玩、出門就闖禍、小時(shí)候愛玩水、玩泥巴、出去玩了回來就是一身臟兮兮的、去別人家做客就做出沒見過世面的憨相、臉皮厚、打不死。（我覺得其實(shí)也不會(huì)很多呀。）暑假里的一天，我約了幾個(gè)小伙伴去玩，走著走著就來到學(xué)校。我們看見在學(xué)校放信的地方有很多信，上面寫什么字也不太看得懂。于是，我就和幾個(gè)小伙伴商量好，去拿些信來折飛機(jī)。然后，我們就和守門的老伯伯說了，一會(huì)兒，信就到手中。我那時(shí)候粗手粗腳地就把信封從中間撕開兩半，突然有個(gè)小伙伴叫起來：“周巧萍，那是你的信！”我聽了，把信封拼好來，一看，果然是我的。我看不懂里面的字，就回到家拿給爸爸看?？赐旰螅职终f：“周巧萍，這是湖南的一個(gè)老鄉(xiāng)寄來的信，他不知道我們家住哪，就寄到你們學(xué)校去，里面可是有重要的東西呀！”我知道闖大禍了，想溜，溜不到，自然少不了一頓打。我真是自討苦吃！不過，我的缺點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)身就忘，我的腦細(xì)胞真是直直的，記不住事情。
