第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡歷是真實的,口述的自我介紹當(dāng)然不會有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學(xué)們的邏輯思維能力、語言表達(dá)能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

第三，考察同學(xué)們是否簡練和精干,了解同學(xué)們的現(xiàn)場感知能力和把控能力。

第四，考察同學(xué)們初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價值取向。

第五，考察同學(xué)們是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時間的掌控能力。有時面試官給出的問題是“請您用一到三分鐘做一個自我介紹”,但被面試者有時一開口就滔滔不絕，停不下來，最后被面試官提醒注意時間。

第六，很多面試官比較忙，可能來不及看簡歷，就會讓我們直接進行自我介紹。在這段時間里，面試官會一邊聽自我介紹，一邊看簡歷，了解我們的情況。

了解了自我介紹的重要意義，同學(xué)們就該知道，自我介紹并不是簡單地背誦簡歷中的內(nèi)容，而要有意識地體現(xiàn)出以上六個方面，在短短的幾分鐘內(nèi)，讓面試官看到你的相關(guān)素質(zhì)和能力。

在面試之前，同學(xué)們就要對自我介紹的內(nèi)容做一下適當(dāng)篩選，因為這一環(huán)節(jié)后的`很多問題都將會圍繞你的自我介紹提出，同學(xué)們可以參考以下要點完善自己的自我介紹。

1、掌握時間。

一般面試官都會規(guī)定時間，既不能超時太長,也不能過于簡短。如果沒有明確說明，同學(xué)們可以把時間控制在一至三分鐘之間。

2、突出重點。

姓名、工作經(jīng)歷和工作時間等履歷應(yīng)該一下帶過，把時間放在簡歷上沒有的內(nèi)容上。同學(xué)們可以選擇三個重點來介紹自己,盡量把自己不大明顯但重要的技能“推而廣之”。

3、圍繞職位。

聰明的面試者不但告訴面試官自己多么優(yōu)秀，還會告訴對方自己多么適合這個職位。我們要突出自己對這個職位的優(yōu)勢，相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗、取得的成績或者品質(zhì),來證明你能夠很好地?fù)?dān)任這項職位。但一定記得只講和職位相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，如果無關(guān)，既使引以為榮也要忍痛舍棄。

4、鋪排次序。

內(nèi)容的先后次序也很重要，是否能緊握面試官的注意力，全在于內(nèi)容的的編排方式。所以排在第一位的，應(yīng)該是我們最想要面試官記得的事情，這些一般都是你最得意之作。如果可以呈上一些有關(guān)的作品或記錄還增加印象分。

5、身體語言。

面試中，身體語言也能體現(xiàn)出面試者的一些潛在素質(zhì)，例如是否自信、禮儀是否恰當(dāng)?shù)取Ｔ谧晕医榻B中我們必須留意自己在各方面的表現(xiàn)，尤其是聲線。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己。最好事前找些朋友作為練習(xí)對象，盡量讓聲線聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

6、禮貌應(yīng)答。

自我介紹結(jié)束,考官既可能就其中某一點向你提出問題，也可能過渡一下,繼續(xù)下面已經(jīng)安排好的問題。這時考官會說:“我們十分欣賞你的能力……”或“你的自我介紹很精彩……”等,那么一聲“謝謝”將是我們最得體的應(yīng)答。
