英語口試，也算是一種面試，第一印象非常重要。所以，考生要特別注意禮節(jié)。進入考場后，考生要禮貌地用英語問候老師，當口試結(jié)束后，考生應起身說表示感謝或再見的話。

如果有問題答不上來時，千萬不要保持沉默，可以說些如“Well”,“Okay”,“How to say”,“Let me think.”“As far as I remember/know”之類的句子，給考官一個有應變能力的印象，當然這種情況不宜出現(xiàn)過多。另外，當聽不明白老師的問題時，切忌不懂裝懂，答非所問。這時，要用英語請老師重復時可說：“Sorry I cannot catch you? May I beg your pardon?”或“I beg your pardon?”或“Would you please to repeat?”或“Would you please to say it again?”當遇到不會讀的單詞的時，考生不要盲目亂讀，可以用英語直接向老師詢問：“Sorry, I don’t know how to pronounce this word. 從3月初開始找實習，不知不覺已經(jīng)過去了一個月，投了有30—40個郵件，至今為止，共接到5個面試通知，鄙視了2個，去了3個，而昨天一天就面了2個。

我第一個面試的是標準普爾的英語翻譯。那時候真叫一個糗。首先是簡歷很不professional。某只小牛隨意掃了一兩眼，指出了十多個問題（格式?jīng)]對齊，內(nèi)容太少，竟然還有語法問題，汗一個，后來改了一兩天，終于有了一份可以見人的簡歷了，那是后話。）當時我就憑著這個有語法問題的簡歷，竟然也忽悠著到標普去面試了。于是，第一次跑到國貿(mào)那邊經(jīng)歷我人生的第一次實習面試。那天時運不濟，頭天借的電子詞典晚上還有電，第二天竟然就沒了，暈死。沒辦法，我只好硬著頭皮瞎翻了。內(nèi)容倒不是很難，不過就是時間有點緊。一小時后HR收集試卷進行一對一的面試，我是倒數(shù)第2個，7—8個人的小屋子里，可以聽到前面同學的情況和問題。問題都比較類似，首先英語自我介紹，然后針對簡歷問實習的情況，對金融領(lǐng)域的一些提問。來面試的基本是北大和清華的，不少人都實習過，還有個MM在JPMorgan實習過。當時很是自卑呀，都沒有實習過。面我的時候，由于當時簡歷比較空，HR就問我對金融領(lǐng)域有那些了解。我就從金融危機講起，說比較關(guān)注銀行信用風險管理的問題，然后HR就問我是否清楚銀行信用風險管理的流程。我就答不出來了。唉，真傻，自己設(shè)了個圈套跳了進去。后來估計HR也餓了，也沒怎么問我，說等通知。于是3天后，接到了標普的`拒信，意料之中。

一面總結(jié)：

1、既然是面試英語翻譯的，其實可以在發(fā)簡歷的時候附上以前的作品，這樣比較有說服力。

2、收集自己以前相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷，后來發(fā)現(xiàn)當時可以說自己上學期做的金融工程案例，怎么當時沒有想到呢，唉，鄙視自己。

3、面試要做有針對性的準備，像我說自己感興趣的信用風險管理，那么，這方面的內(nèi)容一定要比較熟悉，不然，那就是自掘墳墓了。

接著說說我昨天的傳奇經(jīng)歷。

上午跑到三元橋那里面試了個小公司—北京中企稅務(wù)助理。由于通知安排每個面試者15分鐘的時間段，所以我到的時候，只有一個人在那里等面試，小聊了一會兒，是北大經(jīng)院的研一。后來進去面試，一個小房間，面我的是個中年男子，姓蘇。這個面試比較神奇的一點是，基本沒有問我什么專業(yè)知識問題（是不是他也覺得很多學的東西也沒什么用呢）。他首先是確定我一周能來幾天，接著簡要介紹了下公司的情況，然后問我有什么問題。那我當然不能說沒有問題了，就問了下這里的工作環(huán)境，他把主要的工作任務(wù)和我說了一下。主要是負責溝通和協(xié)調(diào)和稅務(wù)部門，業(yè)務(wù)企業(yè)之間的事務(wù)，幫助會計處理賬務(wù)的調(diào)整，核銷等工作。最后他還把在這里工作的兩條好處說了一下，一是能正真接觸一些公司的會計數(shù)據(jù)，二是能完整的進入公司一個月的會計處理流程。后來又還問我有什么問題，我當時可想問每天的工資是多少了，最后忍住了。Anyway，面試到此結(jié)束，3日內(nèi)電話答復。

就在我面完快回到學校的時候，西門子打電話讓我下午4點去面試，記下地址一查，望京竟然還是在三元門附近。郁悶呀，一天竟然要跑兩趟三元門。說起西門子，還得從3天前的電話面試說起。下午有個座機打過來，當時正在上課，忍住沒接。一小時內(nèi)，又打了一次，我只好接了，告訴對方正在上課，課后打回去。西門子的HR首先問了我實習的時間能持續(xù)多久，并告訴我這里工作很辛苦，要經(jīng)常加班，我只好說正想通過實習鍛煉自己，學習一些東西。后來她看我英語過了專八，說我英語應該很好，然后就開始用英語問我兩個問題，一是問我個人的性格如何，二是問我如何理解teamwork。我blahblahbalh說了一堆，好久沒機會說英語了，有些結(jié)巴，唉，真是對不起我的專八證了?？磥硪院笳娴囊驼{(diào)點了。說完后，HR讓我等通知，她覺的合適了會找我面試。

于是回到學校不到1個小時，我收拾了一下，又出去了，去幾乎是同一個地方。

西門子的大樓還是挺高的，進去還很是費事的，先告知門衛(wèi)你來做什么，然后由門衛(wèi)帶你到大廳登記，發(fā)了個卡片給我，等了一會，有個MM領(lǐng)我上電梯，帶我到一個小房間，并給我倒了杯水。隨后來了2個MM，ok，面試開始。

我自帶了一份簡歷過來，后來發(fā)現(xiàn)面我的MM人手一份，恩，不錯，省下我4毛錢。這次面試，倒沒有讓我做自我介紹。開始問了我實習的時間，后來開始問我簡歷上的社會實踐。其實都不算什么社會實踐啦，就是上學期做的一個金融工程的案例報告和一個小的網(wǎng)上銀行項目。不過，anyway，不能把0說成1，把1說成10是很有必要的，我就把我這些報告和項目的主要內(nèi)容和她們說了一下，隨后她們問我團隊成員多少人，怎么分工的，有什么收獲，遇到了什么困難，這些畢竟是自己做過的工作，大概說了一下。后來又問我這學期要不要幫老師做什么項目，我說上學期已經(jīng)做得差不多了，這學期應該沒有太多要做的?？赡苁怯X得我做的項目有些玄乎，那個比較漂亮的MM問我到底是學什么專業(yè)的，我把專業(yè)和銀行系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架的東西和她扯了一下?，F(xiàn)在想想，自己對專業(yè)的理解也很是有些模糊，這個要好好加強一下，還好她們都不是很懂行的說。面到后面，針對我的個人技能，問我一天最多翻譯了多少字，統(tǒng)計軟件用得如何，比較扯的是，我把access聽成excel了。還很不謙虛的說自己算比較會用的，面我的MM很不客氣的問我，在一個100萬的塊狀圖里面，如何增加一根曲線（大意），這個我答不出來了。最后問我有什么問題，我問了和上午一樣的問題，了解到這份工作的主要責任是數(shù)據(jù)收集和整理，協(xié)助月度報告，打打雜什么的。Anyway，面試結(jié)束，等通知。

With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedu*ing system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the

comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary

orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-schedu*ing research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The schedu*ing was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Schedu*ing method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the

he Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of

California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
